[Plugin] Profile Switcher - keep your Nephalem Buffs!

current version plugin is working like a charm, tested for 24hrs straight. Thanks!
 
Yes, randomization is turned on. Priorities are within 1 to 99.

My profile file names start with numbers though, eg. 0.xml 1core.xml etc, is this the issue here?
 
iirc no, it follows the order of items within the folder, but if you like simply rename each file just to be sure.
 
Problem was with numbers in the file name. Renamed my profiles to omit the numbers and it works like a charm now :)
 
ok like to report a possible issue, when my bot dies intower of the damned after reviving on the waypoint he gets lost and starts walking in random spots usually towards the back wall of the waypoint, not sure if its due to this plugin or the profile itself.

had to stop it manually

im not sure if its a profile or plugin issue.
 
Also have seen this type of stuck - not sure whats the problem here atm.

Issue also exists after loading the original profile manually (it then ports to town and stucks there). Only fix is press stop/start!
 
can you add a leave game after you die a certain amount of times?

Sometimes character gets stuck in front of checkpoint/waypoint with an unkillable elite and ends up dying over and over again because it cannot teleport to town to leave game.

Thats already added - called max revive time in settings. If the time you can/the bot can click the revive button is too hight the plugin will log you out. Sadly there is no way to get the exact value of the game so i had to use an own timer witch can differ from the game ?2s

i dont want to compare your's to radonic's profile manager, but how would i use this max revive time setting? put it to 28 seconds? i saw my bot keep reviving and trying to teleport to base to repair and not using the log out option with your profile.

Is there anyway to LOGOUT and not click revive after a certain number of deaths?

Set it to 15-20s.

Thats not implemented in the current version - i see no reason to add this

Start/stopping doesnt fix it unless you log out of the current game then start it in the menu screen.

ive currenty set the following to 0 int he randomizer until there's a solution to the fix;

Tower of the Damned Level 1
Tower of the Cursed Level 1

Your previous version with the random retries kicking in did not do this, maybe its something about the retry fix that affected wp mechanics. Or possibly its trying to move from the area where it died, thinking its still alive and want to continue to the next waypoint?

can someone explain the point of using random.txt? All it does it give higher priority to certain parts of the profile, correct? why would you want to do that?

Cause when you for example randomize all profiles on act1 champ run also the sarktoth part can be the first profile - wouldn't be very profitable.

Also if you have for example a dungeon with more levels (and they are in seperate profiles) they have to be done in the right order.

random.txt contains a priority for each profile from 1 - 99 & 0
  • a priority of 0 means the profile will be ignored
  • profiles with the same priorities will be randomized

sorry, which version is actually best/latest?

also i made my random.txt for act3, setting two areas (i dont like) to 0 and every other to 1... enabling it in the plugins.

But doesn't work :(

Use latest beta (beta7)

What exactly doesn't work? Are the profiles not ignored? Have you enabled randomization in settings?

The plugin itself not - leavegame tags are handled by DB - leavegame should work as they work without our plugin!
 
Can this plugin run multiple folders? Like say I have a bunch of profiles of act1 in one folder, then a bunch of act2 in the next and so on? Just to get it to mix up acts instead of running the same one over and over until I change it manually.

Not at the moment - but should be easy to implement this - will be in our next release!

I have a question

quest 7.2 with act 3 champion farming profile

If it doesnt finish cursed tower or heart, profile can no longer continue to core because core is not yet discovered. how can i make it leave game and restart profiles / order?

Can you implement leaves including trips from inactivity timer to go back to the profile starter?
