Easy enough. The owl is easy to gather. Set up gb2 and use a gb2 profile for winterspring, it doesn't need to be customised like the unborn valkyr for a variety of zones, but it helps with boredom.

In PB, set up the whitelist in the advanced settings tab. Preferably with 2 pets that are in the area. That's it.

You can set it for rare, or higher than the pet I have to capture the quality you require.

There won't be information on this screen until you refresh the pet info on the logic manager, which is the tab to the left, the previous one.

And PB needs to be able to scan the pet journal. If you have any pet journal addons in the game, remove or disable them. You can enable them once you can test it works, but not until then.

If there aren't any addons and it isn't the case, then there may be some translation issues but I don't think that is the issue.

As for updating the list, open the pet journal in game so that you can see the pets you have, while HB is stopped.

The logic list should update, as it pulls data from the game as the pet journal addons do.

Select pet 1 and refresh, the pet information and logic should show up. if the first pet (or any pet) isn't selected when you refresh, it will trigger an error message.
 
Hello, i don't understand why pok?hbuddy fight against Legendary pets Ka'wi the gorger?, i have put it on the blacklist, i have tick the box on the general settings tab, but continue in rows to fight with him....if anyone have a solution please
 
At present when fighting using an undead pet it will swap out after the pet is killed but while it still has the undead buff so therefore misses a "free" turn. I have removed all swapout logic but it stills happens. Any thoughts as to how to avoid this if at all possible?

Nope. would not handle this well. However, removing the health swapout from the undead pets may keep them in place until the ui pops up in game.

If that doesn't help, run the debug to see what makes the pet swap trigger, the game knows that the pet isn't dead, it's just 0 health. But, it is difficult to check unless there is a log of what PB sees at the time.

hard to say why it's swapping, i've never noticed it (though i should have)

check the spelling used, as it matches the name against the target, you may need to change the capital letters too.
and that the blacklist is enabled,
and all the settings have been changed while HB is stopped

(so the settings are saved when you start it again)
 
I have a problem with this bot, dont know if im doing anything wrong.

I installed Pokebuddy and Petarea, but when i start the bot nothing happens. It will move to a pet battle if there is one near me but if not my char will just stand still.
 
Hi, i've got this issue that i've really tried to solve but i cant. View attachment 122047

I've put Pokehbuddy CVN in the Plugins folder. Then i start honorbuddy -> Choose Gatherbuddy 2 -> Go to Plugins and open Pokehbuddy and when i want to refresh pets in order to set up a rotation i get that error message and i have no idea how to solve it, please help.

If its any help to you who wants to help me: I want to do lvl 25 pet battles on an alt to level, i dont want the character to do anything else then lvl 25 pet battles.
I manage to do this months ago, but since i have re-installed everything on my computer i dont remember how i did it

the logs didn't work, so i'll assume it's the honorbuddy error in the UI. it will get fixed, eventually, but it's cosmetic.
the UI glitch /exception error happens if you don't select the first pet before pressing refresh info. it can be safely ignored, continue.



as for GB2, just load a profile for the area and hit start. if you use the battle pet swapper features or the one-button mode, see if PB engages and edit settings in the pet swapper as needed.

if you use petarea, make sure you're loading one of the petarea profiles in the folder, so it can swap to the relevant area first.
in general, PetArea works indifferently, it hasnt really updated since 2012, so it is hard to get it working properly, and then it is easy.

this Profile fine, but if the Pet-Healing is on Cooldown, he does not fly to any stablemaster, he change the pets with 100%hp pets. How can I add the Stablemasters?

well, you sort of can't. the stablemaster healers, area an option for manual play, but it requires

1/ using a quest profile to talk to the trainers as a 'gossip' option.
2/ requires unlocking through the quest line progression.

there's no advantage to doing this in regular play, because the cost is quite high when there's working options available. alternate options like bandages or the 8 minute cooldown are supported, just not the quest line or stablemasters.
if you use the pet swapping feature, you don't need to wait 7 minutes for the cooldown to start another battle.

Pet Swapper will put in new pets that match the criteria it's been configured to use.
e.g. level 1-24, with 95% health or more, restricted by favourites or tradable pets if needed.

with PvP or other options, you might face a bad situation where it puts in injured pets, but you can set the pet swapper to only swap in level 25 pets in your favourites list, which will give you a bit of a random play option, but it should work for your needs if your favourite pets are all set up for PvP with custom logic.

open up Pokehbuddy settings,
go to the logic manager tab.
look on the right side of the screen for the dropdown menu option
choose pet 1
press refresh.

the pet data and logic should now be loaded into the manager.
 
Hi ive tryed to get this to work before and i just cant do it at all , im not very good with computers , but is there anyway you could help me with teamviewer or get it into a XML document? Thanks
 
Its getting a constant "hold" if there are no pets on the map nearby. I have random mount disabled and a specific mount called. If I mount myself and jump off ground, itll take off like normal until it runs into the scenario of no pets to actively fight nearby.

edit, i turned off tuanha and used singular and it seems to work fine.

it's a debug message from the pet swapper to show it's working.

not really needed, but it doesn't have a condition to stop pulsing when in a pet battle,

just like PB sometimes tries to engage in a pet battle while dead, as it doesn't check the auras on the player.
(or did that get fixed ...)

/shrug.
