[PB] JC Mail, Prospect, Make, and Sell! (MoP ore) [Updated as of 11/30/12]

Hi! This is my JC All-in-one profile for those who currently only have 600 JC and are unable to do the JC shuffle, or just don't care to do the JC shuffle as it's long and boring.

ATTENTION: Due to the current bug that came with 5.1 Green Quality cut gems are not stacking once again, so in order for this profile to work please download the following Addon, or an addon that will stack gems of your own choice.

Also, the Archaeology "bug" that you are experiencing is an easy fix. When you have selected ProfessionBuddy and the profile, open bot config, and on the drop down menu at the right corner put combat bot.

This profile will do the following steps:

1. Go to a mailbox and receive all your mail.

2. Prospects all of your ore.

3. Makes the following gems out of your uncut greens:

Brilliant Pandaren Garnet. Spell Entry- 107623
Puissant Alexandrite. Spell Entry- 107608
Solid Lapis Lazuli. Spell Entry- 107619
Mystic Sunstone. Spell Entry- 107641
Purified Roguestone. Spell Entry- 107634
Artful Tiger Opal. Spell Entry- 107646

Open HB.
Load the profile under ProfessionBuddy bot base.
DO NOT press start, press bot config.
On the right side of the new window, you will see a couple blue sections, click the one that says "SubCrafting"
You will see a 6 spell entries, click the one you would like to change (I have all the codes for the existing spell entries at the top of the page), at the bottom right corner there will be option you didn't see before, replace ONLY the spell entry field.

If you don't know the spell ID of the gem you would like to cut, simply go to WoWhead.com , type in the gem you would like it to cut instead. When search results come up there will be a couple tabs, click the "Profession" tab. There should only be one result under there with the gem's name on it and a "gear" icon. Click it. Now in your URL you will see "http://www.wowhead.com/spell=[insertSpellIDofthegemyousearched]", simply copy and paste the spell ID (only the numbers). I will work on making a list so you don't have to search for it on WoWhead.

Is the bot actually using the sparkling shards? On my end it is casting a spell with the same ID# as the shards, so instead of making Serpents Eyes, it's trying to cast this Summon Cromush - Spell - World of Warcraft

Sorry to mess with your profile, but I got it working to where it will use all of the sparkling shards before running off to vendor the cut gems, now just testing and rewriting (if I need to) so it will restart the process if there's still ore in the mail after vendoring.

I'll post it once I'm done.

Okay, so I liked the original design enough to figure out how to do a PB profile and get it working for me. I don't want any of the credit for rewriting, it was your idea, I just tweaked it to suit my needs. If you want to retweak my profile to fit the alliance vendors you were using, go nuts.

Here's the finished product for the horde side, it uses the mailbox by the JC trainer in Org and the troll repair vendor by the sign for the Blacksmith trainer. There's a comment line in the vendor subroutine; I usually vendor serpent's eyes, just because you always get so many and they're relatively useless unless you are regemming or got an upgrade for something that had a serpent's eye in it. Anyway, the comment let's you know if you wish to keep them then just delete the section right below the comment and it will keep the gems.

i wonder if you even profit when you sell the green stuff to vendor? the usual routine was buying ore -> prospecting ore -> making rare cuts and sell them -> rings and necks from the greens -> disenchant those -> sell enchanting mats. i wonder if its worth it if you just sell the stuff to vendor

well ghost iron is 20g a stack atm on my server so this still better off for me haha

thanks for updating jackels, working well for me, im going to try add in some code for it to ah all the gems after aswell, but im learning as i go hehe

then i want to combine this with another profile that will collect herbs and mill them and sell enchants and i can have everything all in one

This one includes auctioning off all blue gems minus Imperial Amethyst, Vermilion Onyx, and Wild Jade so you can mail them to an alchemist to turn into Primal Diamonds.

Used it yesterday and looks preety cool rather than the fact that between the "Cut the Gems" and "Shards -> Eyes" steps its trying to cast something and the Red message "You are in the wrong zone" is Spammed along with the spell . Im Ally and im standing exactlly between MailBox and AH at Trade Dis...any solution?

Yeah that's the issue I was referring to in my posts, it's not a spell that crafts the serpents eye's, you need to create a "Use Item" line in profession buddy. I'll grab an alliance toon I have somewhere and redo the horde version of this that I made that will work for alliance.

Btw when u say AH u mean something like AHbuddy action? Do i need to set prices etc?

The bot will auto undercut the lowest price, I have the lowest acceptable price set to 20g and the highest acceptable price set to 2000g so it will post gems in stacks of 1 automatically. You can easily change the lowest price in the profile.

Thank you very much for your help in my absence, have not been on in three weeks :/ Anyways, I will update this thread so people can see your profile so horde can use this.

Also what was the code for making serpent eyes? Still can't find it.

Oh just saw you had alliance fixed, I'll be lazy and post those instead. Thank you very much, I will give you credit for helping me out

P.S. I keep the serpent gems as they sell for 200G a stack on my realm some how.

Also what do you mean it puts all blue gems on AH, did you make it cut the blue gems?
