[PB][H][JC/Alch/Ench/Insc] Ben's Big Shuffle Collection

Ben,

In your DE profile, how does it know where to send DE mats? Mine keeps trying to send to itself (which you can't do).

I'm assuming it is this :

When I look at the profile after it loads in PB it shows : " Mail Item:to:toonname TradeGoods Enchanting but this is not in the DE profile.

Maybe I'm missing some small setting somewhere.
But there is no name setting in the profile like the AH and Prospect profiles have.

Note: My setup is Farmer (single toon) , JC/DE (single toon) , Scribe/Alch (single toon), Banker

EDIT: Found the issue, it's using the Mail recipient in HB settings for that part.

Yep, the main mail recipient. I think a couple people have been confused on this so I've added it to the "Quick Tips" section in the OP.

Is there a way for PB AH to check the blue gem prices and if below 4g, vendor the gem? Vendor sells for 3g 25s. Plus the auction fees 90s per auction.

I don't know of a good way to check for that within PB, but vendoring Ocean Sapphires is actually a change I already have in my dev version of the profile. You should expect to see this in there the next time I upload a stable version.

Edit: The Book of Blood is also in the next update. Stay tuned.

And could you start using versions for your profiles, so we can see when it's updated :)

Renaming every file with a new version probably won't happen. However, I'm going to be releasing the location of my SVN soon so people will be able to get the absolute latest version of the files as I update them. I've been holding off because my private GB2 profiles are in there as well (sshhhhhhh ;-)). Stay tuned though, should be a good change.

these are not farming profiles. These Profiles are used to process the raw materials you gain through Gather Profiles used with GatherBuddy2. GatherBuddy2 profiles are found here.

Gaining:
[Gatherbuddy2]: Stopped gatherbuddy after gathering 54 nodes in 1h 21m 12s.

[Gatherbuddy2]: Obsidium Deposit: 21

Do you ever have issues with it not getting "successful auctions" from the mail containing gold. It seem mine will not grab that type of mail or only grabs 1 -2 then gets stuck.

I see no errors on the log or bot side, so I'm guessing maybe its a bug with HB or PB.

I'm assuming you're talking about the mail with gold you receive when an auction was purchased - if so, yes, I do see something like this. I usually get some sort of 'internal error', I forget the exact wording. I have run tests with this though and I've always been able to account for all of the gold that comes through, so I don't think it's deleting the mails with gold or anything like that. I'm almost certain this would be a PB issue. You're running into this during the GetMailAction, right?

There's also another issue with the mail that you guys may have seen along the way here. When grabbing mail, PB grabs mail until your bags are completely full rather than maintaining the certain amount of free bag slots I specify in the profile. This isn't an issue with the AH profile, but moreso with the others. I've submitted this issue to Highvoltz and he's taking a look at it when he gets the chance. I'll repost his response here if he ends up finding out anything with that.

yes to both your statements - I am seeing the same issue (if you want to call it that). I did account for all the gold so there was no lost amount, just what appears to be a bug with how it handles the getmail.

I'm going to just farm this week I guess until we get something resolved with the small things plaguing the process (not your profile, just the PB/HB quirkiness).

Oh for sure, I haven't been running ARelog with these ever since PB was switched to a botbase - all manual startup just to make sure they start out okay. Highvoltz is working hard on it though, I'm sure he'll work out the bugs.
 
how hard would it be to take out the enchanting portion of it? Or switching the JcAlch to a Scribe/Alch?
 
Hey guys,

I'm having trouble scheduling HB to run your ProfessionBuddy profile using ARelog... It never loads ProfessionBuddy as the bot, it loads archaeologybuddy instead and it just runs off to the arch trainer! How do I fix this?
 
Did confuse me either at first:

I have know put Botbase in
1) Arelog as: "Combat Bot" set the path to an empty profile and
2) Logged into my JC, DE etc. before, opened honorbuddy, activated Professionbuddy and loaded benkorens Profile.

--> so HB should automatically start ProfessionBuddy (its a plugin and not a Botbase) and do the Prof-Buddy-Profile....

...at least this way it worked for me.
 
if Arelog next time opens your char (JC and so on) it should just do bens profiles and nothing else.
 
btw. does anybody have a PB Profile that Crafts and Disenchants lower level JC stuff for low level Enchanting mats?
