[Party Plugin] SimpleFollow - Multi-Bot Party Plugin

Hi havent tried this out yet but is there a way to:

Have a follower that's basically a mule for legendaries? as in - solely follow the leader and not attack? And occasionally pick up legendaries if they drop?

Yes, just set your follower's DB Trinity plugin to only loot Legendaries.
Use the Powerleveling profile that comes with the SimpleFollow plugin for your follower, and you're all set.
Although I'm curious as to why you wouldn't want the extra free DPS.

Yeah, sorry, i answered that the other day and misunderstood the question.. I thought Deltaone was asking if that was all the bot did.. Sorry Delta, I read that wrong. But yes you can make it do that, but I agree with Arden. 1 standing will have more work/slower results on your main, with them both running at full speed you will have higher IPH/LPH/EPH/etc.

I got a problem. I'm using this plugin with yar, everything is installed correctly but when my main exits the game, the other bots stay in their party (with 2) and they waste a lot of time before leaving their party and accepting the new invite from the main bot.

Any settings i have to change or what?

Hi guys :)

From what i understood from for this to work i need to run the "followers" from my own pc/lan

Is it possible to send invite requests to a friend that plays the game from another country?
If this can be done can someone help me with the setup?

If not is there a plugin that accepts the join party requests or sends out party invites to specific/random friends?

I just need a tool that can invite my friend to the party so that he can leech exp and items?

Thx in advance.

Had read it 2-3 times over and over, i cannot make head of tail of it ... A simply "Yes but you are to stupid to figure it out" or a "No" would help me more at this moment.

Forgot to mention ... its my 1st time using programs like this so i am new to this sort of program not sure who to set them up. :)

No, it won't do what you want.

It only does what it's designed to do (multiple bots on a single PC). Some others can get it to run multiple bots on a LAN.

Hi rrrix, when followers or leader need repair, they leave the party with Leavegame variable stayinparty enabled or not and leader invites again. It's not needed and many times it cause crashes. Also I can't powerlevel FULL naked characters because they need weapon equipped at least or trinity give me errors and it cause followers at low levels need weapon repair each game.

And I saw another rare issue after 1-2h gameplay and many crashes/reconnects with leader stuck in town and open/close social window all time. When it happen, DB says: "[SimpleFollow] Unable to open social window!"

Can you fix it in trinity or simplefollow plugin? thx you very much.

I'd like to see the leader bot wait for the follower bots to join the game before running of into the profile. I'm running a team on T3 and I could probably do T4 but the leader creates the game, invites the followers then runs off into the profile getting destroyed trying to solo a full party game while the other bots load in.

Also I'm finding fairly frequently the followers tend to get stuck in town just sitting around failing to use the banner. The log is just spammed with "using banner" messages but they are off far away from it's location. They don't seem to repair frequently enough either. Other than those things it's running pretty great.

I agree a 100%. Is there somewhere I can add a timer to wait 10 to 15 seconds before the run starts or can it be changed to add the followers before the game starts and not after. Either way would be a big help.

Open up the profile you are running and add the following right below the <Order> tag.
<WaitTimer questId="#####" stepId="##" waitTime="15000" />

Fill in the questId and stepId with the same info from the GameParams at the top of the profile.
Adjust the waitTime according to your needs. 1000 = 1 second

1: I'm using YAR and my bot with the simplefollow profile keeps crashing every 5 to 20 mins. Bot A with simplefollow kept crashing so i switched it up and put bot B on simplefollow and now he's the one with the problem and A works fine as leader.

Error that shows up in log:

It always happens when the follower joins the game.

How a friend in opther place can run this game swith me ?
How he conect on my http server ?
any guide please

Is it possible to write a wait function in the Main Script? So he Invites the characters, wait for like 10secs and then proceed to do the Profil like normal?

Could you look into this rrrix?

1: When botting with more than 2 chars and using simplefollow, when the main quits the game, the other chars STAY IN THE PARTY. Main joins a new game, invites the other chars, they don't accept the invite and they create their own game, then they leave that game, then they leave their party, then they accept the main's invite. This happens every time.

2: I'm using YAR and my bot with the simplefollow profile keeps crashing every 5 to 20 mins. Bot A with simplefollow kept crashing so i switched it up and put bot B on simplefollow and now he's the one with the problem and A works fine as leader.

3: Also im pretty sure the error below is a simplefollow error (i changed main and now the error appears in the DB window of the follower)

It always happens when the follower joins the game.

Happens to me too and leader leaving party when need repair or trinitymaxdeaths is reached too with stayinparty enabled or not. Crashes happen when followers leave party/games and join.

Leader having a occasional problem inviting followers. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes a follower will get disconnected, or have to relog, and when the follower comes back online and requests invite, the leader will not invite. I know the leader/server is getting the request for invite because I can see the leader open his friends window, but it never clicks the invite button. Just opens the friends window for a few seconds, then closes the friends window. I manually hit the button when I see this happening and they all continue on as normal. And yes, invite 1,2,3 are all enabled :D .. Most of the time it does invite all 3 friends, and even when they disconnect, but sometimes it doesn't...

(I know I didn't attach any logs, there was nothing related to this issue in them, I have since enabled debug logging in simplefollow so next time I'll see if it gives me something to attach)

Thanks

So lets say all im doing is core of arreat or cota runs - Why is it nec. for all bots to leave the party after each run? Would it not be more efficient to remain in the party and have the leader just resume game? That way we could invite our team at the start and never have to worry about issues with invites again. I know if a bot DC'd it wouldn't get back into the party, but eh.

Also, any c hance we can see a video of this? Interested in seeing how well it works.

If you change your profile to stayInParty=true it shouldn't disband after every run (although there is a Diablo 3 bug that will sometimes cause people in a party to disconnect).

If you're getting the message "We are Out of game, Leader is In Game - Resuming game" showing up in your log before the party disbands comment out or delete the following lines from Plugins\SimpleFollow\Composites.cs

Code:
                SimpleFollow.Log("We are Out of game, Leader is In Game - Resuming game");

                GameUI.SafeClick(GameUI.PlayGameButton, ClickDelay.NoDelay, "Play Game Button", 1000);

The bot is still pretty much unusable for me though as it crashes my followers games just about every restart and sometimes randomly during a run.
