Sup guys!
I bought Oracle2 today and was testing on LFR. I'm 14/14 25man-HEROIC Holy Paladin with 588 ilvl. I'm using Selfless Healer and almost 25k (70%) of mastery. I was using Tuanha's CR until now and was being successful with him.
The rotation is quite simple. With this level of gear and Selfless Healer talent, I don't need worry about mana, so I setup the Tuanha's CR to spam HR, HS, Jud and LoD. The Tuanha's CR is always building up Holy Power as fast as possible and using LoD to cover the raid with the "absorve", even with everybody full life.
Playing this way, I managed to win of a Disc Priest (OP class with 588 ilvl and a skillful guy) on some fights, including Garrosh HC, that is a fight totally favorable to priest. But there is a problem with Tuanha's CR using framelock (hard lock Tyrael). It doesn't matter how strong is your pc, the fps will drop alot.
So I decided to use Oracle2, that is fully supported with framelock and my fps stays between 50~60 on 25 man raid (10~15 with Tuanha's CR). I tried to setup the Oracle2 to execute the same rotation and I'm not getting. Oracle2 isn't casting HR on cd and it is not building up Holy power as fast as possible. I mean, Oracle2 isn't casting Jud, HR or HS on cd to build up Holy Power. I was doing a terrible HPS on Norushen.
I tried to use "Default_Paladin_SelflessHealer_Class" from the paladin tester and the doesn't worked.

According to your log, you were in fact using Judgment and Holy Shock on CD. I believe the problem lies elsewhere, that you aren't generating enough holy power in your raid. Some things to try and see if it improves:
- Raise the Holy Radiance threshold to suit your healing situation. Even something like 101 and 6 targets works very well and builds the shielding that you are probably wanting, to increase the healing.
- Under the Class tab, Beacon section, set to "True" build HP with FL. This will move your beacon to build more Holy Power for you, by moving the beacon on the lowest health target while casting Flash of Light. The disadvantage is that it will move the Beacon off the tank, but as you are 14/14 H, your tanks will be fine without it for a few seconds. This does require you to raise Flash of Light to something high, like 80 and set to "True". You'll be surprised how much Holy Power is generated this way. You will need to change a few other settings, such as Selfless Healer HR cast at 3, and Beacon set to lowest health target.
- Change Light of Dawn Spam to use at 3 Holy Power. Less throughput, but bigger shields, which are the majority of the healing you want to have at end game raiding.
- You have Tyrael set to 30 TPS. Make sure you don't dip below that, or adjust slider back to 15 TPS.
- Set Continuous Healing Mode on Tyrael to "Yes".
As each healer's gear, healing core, and raid size vary, some adjustments might be needed until you find a good setting. I have settings ready for HPally using Selfless healer in 25 man heroic raid and has 560+ gear level, and have been getting good results with it from different players. It should be uploaded soon and might be better than the rest of your settings.
