I don't understand how this is even an argument. The game files and spellids and new zones are already known and out there. The only thing that need fixed is combat routines right now as the new zones are not even implemented in game yet why does this take a week for a paid product to do when a free one did it instantly? Think about it for more than 20 seconds.

And datamining is discovering any part of the data of something. Its a very general term. It doesn't have only to do with virtual items. That's retarded. Google harder next time.

So how does the bot communicate with wow? By just knowing the zones and stuff? You need to do your research. It's not that simple.

Exactly. And they're all functioning on pqr perfectly. Its irritating how hb is a paid bot and they can't do it the same as a free one that's all I'm saying.

I may be misunderstanding you, but I don't think there is anything free that's better than HB. All it does it rotations and seems like a simple way to get detected by warden.

Exactly.... Everyone needs to chill out. There is stuff to do to verify that everything is all right. Even if the bot is down for two weeks god forbid, I still wouldn't be ranting and crying like half of you are. Because, I know that bossland and the rest of the staff, hell even some that aren't staff put a lot of work and effort into this. And if it was down for two weeks, it would be for a good reason, or because someone really needs a vacation. Just my two cents.

Your re-coding thing is irrelevant because the bots are entirely different in functionality, and size. I've only absorbed so much from being here so long, and you guys seem to be putting heavy influence on the idea that the bot is down JUST BECAUSE the rotations aren't setup yet. Honorbuddy has gone through plenty of mini-patches, and regular patches with nothing to do with combat rotations and had to be fixed. Unless you clearly know how Honorbuddy works, you can't raise an argument of paying for a bot and it not being available, that's Blizzards fault.

Stop comparing it to other bots, this is Honorbuddy.

Pqr works much better than hb for auto rotation. Much easier to edit on the spot. And I'm not the only one saying this. As far as I'm concerned the combat routines were the only thing that needed fixing since the new zones and areas aren't live yet. Unless you're playing a different 5.0.4 than I am.

Then go to that bot. Honorbuddy is community driven, if you want something better than the standard make it yourself.

Did you even read the first sentence of this thread? "There are a lot of changes to how the core of WoW works AS WELL AS.. (combat routine nonsense)" That implies no, that's not all that needs to be fixed.

The reason you can talk with people, or open your achievement windows, or even move your mouse around when the bot is doing whatever it is you're having it do, is because the bot has to communicate with WoW using stuff you don't see. Honorbuddy has to match up with the scripts and functions* of the WoW client in order to make the proper negotiations to simulate player actions. Blizzard just loves to change these around, they're always different in every non-hotfix patch, ptr, beta, and expansion. Meaning if they even had CC's lined up, the bot wouldn't work for crap since the wow client was changed.

* I am no developer, replace functions and scripts with all of that fancy communcation-ey nonsense it does with pixies and magic. But the idea is that Blizzard swapped pixies--err.. updated stuff.

Actually the information that I am using is from my own personal experiences with both bots. I don't care if every single person flames me on here, it doesn't make me mad.

Listen - I'm just stating the facts. HB has a combat routine, pqr has a combat routine. Pqr works day 1. HB does not. PQR is free Hb is not.

The new zones were not implemented in 5.0.4. The only thing that really changed was the spells glyphs and talents. PQR needed to update for all these things, HB need to update for all these things too. PQR the free program did it on day 1.

Facts are facts. Now stop being childish. I've done enough research to support the facts I just said. I've used and made profiles for both programs. Odd to me how the free one did it faster.

You are right! They must have taken the bot down for no apparent reason. Maybe they just want us to think that they are making it safe for us to use.

Every major patch they change warden. They also completely changed the talent system around as well as spells so I am sure that they are taking the necessary time to make sure that they release a quality product rather than just fixing some simple things and throwing it out there. Rotations are easy and I could do that with a long macro on my keyboard but I would much rather have HB and don't mind waiting for this since it was only about $30 for 3,600 days of use...

So if PQR is all done and everything, why arnt you using it and complaining about HB not being done yet. Just use PQR untill HB is done gezz...Unless PQR is not what you say it is. So stop crying and use pqr untill hb is done over and out!
