[Official] Current Situation, Looting, Fleeing & IDLE

I am botting one account around 5h/Day, no obvious teleporting and everything works still fine, except of the low amount of pokemon spawns.
 

I click Submit a request and I see information

Your account was permanently terminated for violations of the Pokémon GO Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to: falsifying your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner including through the use of third party software.

Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone. We will continue to work with all of you to improve the quality of the gameplay, including ongoing optimization and fine tuning of our anti-cheat system. If you believe your account has been terminated in error incorrectly, you can appeal that termination through this form. For privacy reasons, please do not post appeals on social media. "
 
I had the "catch flee soft ban" this morning when I checked on the bot. I ceased all pokemon go activities and waited before logging back in. I just tried to log back in and got the "cannot retrieve game data" screen. It seems the catch flee players are flagged for account bans. Just an FYI for all you guys so you aren't shocked later when logging in. Good luck! Time to start over and not nuke pokemon so hard lol!

I think they use the shadowban like in ingress. Put all botters in a sandbox so they can login but cant be a Part of the real game.

Alright, so I guess we can basically say that we guys with issues not getting pokestops/pokemons is pretty much rip? :p
 
Well, time to start a new account and turn off "drive a car (50km /h)" and dont teleport at all. This will take time haha!

I have this error when opening my account " failed to get game data from the server".

if someone asked support what happened ? softban or perm ?
I guess if someone asked and got a reply they would've wrote something in this thread, which they havent.
So figure it out yourself, I guess many have asked but then again - Niantic. They probably wont answer any questions at all, as usual.

Same here..everything working fine - what version of Pokefarmer are you running? I am still on v86

So they didn't say I was permanently banned or anything. I don't know if that's just the automated response, and they are going to get back to me with an answer or what.

Going on 14 hours, pokemon flee but everything else works.
 
so the general consensus is that failed to get game data from the server means you have a permanent ban?
 
Same here..everything working fine - what version of Pokefarmer are you running? I am still on v86

I am running the newest. The People here say its a shodowban. Thats like yeah we let you play, but not as good as possible...
But this are just rumours...
 
Sounds like an automated response.

I am stuck at the looting pokéstop also. Turned off loot pokéstops, then it did catch Pokémon. But now my pokéballs are gone and can't loot stops. So I am afraid I might be banned also. :'(

what i dont get is why would you turn yourself in? I could see if your account was banned but flee pokemon is softban for who knows how many hours/days

but since you already did this to yourself let us know what they give you as a responce
 
I am starting to hear reports of accounts being able to log in again after about 24 hours. Only 2 confirmed, so it's probably just a matter of time.
