That is just a copy of their FAQ page. I doubt that is legit.
 
Currently experiencing the Flee situation, can still spin pokestops/take gyms everything else. Just can't catch Pokemon... as I'm already level 32 and have a perfect IV line up, if this "No Catch Ban" is permanent, this'll just be my Gym taking account then.
 
2. Pokestop gives items + Pokemon always flee = softban
and how long do this softban can take ???
because at this moment its already 10 hours ago that all pokemon start flee but still able to do gyms and take out pokestops.

You said it's a softban meaning that you have or 've known a case where people recovered back to their normal play after experience this situation?

Because I have been in the same situation for 10 hours.
 
what I hope isnt happening is everyone who can use gym and spin pokestops and keep getting fleeing pokemon are under review for perm ban :C hope its just like 2 day softban or somthing as of right now all my poikemon are fleeing
 
I changed the nickname on my account which can still connect to the servers to the nickname for the account which I can't connect to the server. It was successful. So, Account Banned!!! There's no issues with the servers. It's the BanWave!!

Just relax. Nobody knows anything at this point.
Everything you read is just speculation and doesn't get you any further.

There has been NO official communication bij Niantic as to the current situation.
All we know is that something has happened that affects BOTH legit players aswell as botters.
 
The fleeing just started happening to me. Thought I was banned, but I logged in on my phone (GPS off) and I had no issue.

This is not true, just tried it and it won't allow my new created account to use the name of my bot account that is currently have flee pokemon issue for 10 hours +

With "data server" error yes. I think this is hard ban. I do it.

Old account has 35 lvl, and now i have 10 level with the same nick.

did you read properly what i wrote? "nickname for the account which I can't connect to the server"!!!!
 
Today in the morning I log in pokefarmer and realized that he could not find pokemon , but took all pokestops , I was coming out and turned off the PC. Now I have been searching and see what you're talking about , I logged my account by NOX in the same log that I am NY CENTRAL PARK, normal and logged , so not tested capture Pokemon and run pokestops to avoid trouble , I'll leave it logged out until more Info
