It appears as though the IP address I was using may have been flagged which is why they detected the bot so quickly and banned me not even an hour in on a new account.. I logged in with a VPN and everything was restored. We will see how long it takes for them to issue another ban on the new IP.

After changing my IP through a VPN at 11:35pm my account was again softbanned via no items at the pokestops/restricted message at 3:40am. I was at jogging speeds and in the same spot the whole time. I have again altered my IP address and reduced my speed to walking. Hopefully this will make a difference.

I have "failed to get game data" problem, but when I create an account with the same name,
it is simply not created "that name already exists" so it does not seem to have been a ban

I would assume so yes. Its one of the things I'm testing with this account. I am also trying to narrow down what it is that keeps getting me softbanned by changing settings within the bot. Its frustrating when I've kept a pretty low profile when botting and am still getting all kinds of soft banned yet people that are doing everything you're not supposed to do are still up and running without any kind of ban yet. Guess that's the nature of the ban wave.

It's not black and white. Point is that we just don't know what's going on. Everyone is guessing and yelling "ban" and then in a few hours everything works smooth because it was just a server problem.

I strongly believe it has to do with your travel speed.

When using an emulator PoGo sends an alert that you are going to fast and you have to click "I'm a passenger" to continue.

As of now the bot doesn't either see or know what to do with that so it continues, hence the ban.

I've been running the bot at walking speed and had ZERO issues. Of course will takes forever to level up and farm but better safe then sorry until the DEVs come up with a fix

I think the ban issue is mainly for accounts who used Pokesniper.

I have 3 accounts + 1 girlfriends account

1. Main Account, lvl 33, placed in 3 gyms, bot setting in my local area, speed not more then 50km/h - banned -> sniped with pokesniper
2. Side Account, lvl 35, no gym, bot setting in pier 39 not more then 50km/h - banned -> sniped with pokesniper
3. Side Account, lvl 34, no gym, bot setting in pier 39 not more then 50km/h - NOT banned -> no sniper used

Girfriends account: lvl 21, no gym, no bots, only real playing - BANNED -> but used pokesniper 2 times to get a dragonite for her

My wife and I both have a Pokemon Go account, both botting, both sniping.
Hers doesn't do anything anymore. Mine works perfect after the flee-ban.

I see people successfully coming back from bans. Has anyone successfully come back from the "Failed to Get Game Date from Server"?

I created a new account, and my username is not available to be used, which gives me some hope, but I haven't been able to access it for at least 12 hours now.

It's been over 24 hours for me and I still can't log in. I think that account is done.

My second account got a classic softban last night while I was spoofing. I just said fuck it and went to bed, just woke up and that account is working in the bot I shall rebuild.
