I was IP banned this morning, didn't bot all day and was able to log in from my phone with GPS hack. Now it says, can't get data from servers. Logged into another account immediately, same device same way, no problem. That other account was botting all day, no issues.

Previously was unable to catch any pokemon due to flee.
I am now able to catch pokemon again without them instantly running away.

it was just a 12hr softban after all, its working now. but im scared now lulIt worked for me when I switched from Sydney to San Fransisco.
Just spin the pokestop x40, and check if it works now
okay after 12 hours of banned i finally able to catch a pokemon using my phone then i logged it out and use my Nox in my computer same setting biking 8kl per hour everything fine and smooth and i logged out.. then i decided to use this pokefarmer program because im going for afk for an hour.. i set it to jogging speed bla bla then start the program then boom stupid banned again saying im watching you bla bla come back again in 12 hours.. i stop the bot and try to log in in my phone again to confirmed and DAMMIT flee banned again!

I'm getting the same message as the image above on my main account. Is this a 24 hour ban of is this for good?
I made a new account this morning and spoffed my GPS instantly, I then walked my avatar to a farm spot and was using that while I was I work. When I got home I used the bot to go to that location and so far it has been working with zero issues. I'm still using version 1.0.89.0 if that matters. I've had the bot on for 3 and half hours and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. No soft ban yet.

I got that and eventually, this:

Basically a warning to stop botting for 12 hours I think.

No, hatching eggs still works
It's a new setting you have to disable.
Settings > General > Logic > Remove check from "Stay near a lured Pokestop"
They are definitely using new algorithms and metrics to detect botting.

-Always give myself realistic travel times when changing locations within the city.
Despite this, I have been banned 4-5 times over the last 2 days with a variety of different bans ranging from the idle problem to the pokemon fleeing to my bot spinning the pokestops for over an hour and nothing happening. I'm guessing it might be due to how long I am botting and the amount of pokemon I am catching. Its also possible that Niantic has figured out a way to determine which accounts are botting through other back end means. Whatever it is, I would really like to know why I keep getting flagged despite following the tips to avoid getting banned. I might layoff botting for a few days to avoid getting permabanned until there are some definitive answers to what bot behavior is causing these bans.

The restricted response from server is Bossland detecting them detecting the bot it seems. Basically, too many API calls in X time or such. Just a guess since nothing official posted. This happened only after the second update today. There were 2 in total. I think they are working hard to figure out what Niantic is doing differently and how to avoid them detecting the bot.
