Is HB working again? Will check the mind flay.
The current logic is that it won't cast mind flay until the targets around you are fully dotted. MF is the lowest priority spell right now.

Tested on the beta build. It seems that HB is not handling Shadow's Void Shift correctly. Not even listing it as a known spell.

Still an issue after using Spectral Guise the CR drops combat and doesn't pick it back up until Spectral Guise is finished. I believe Special Guise should have a different peal percentage selection as well.
Also you say Mind Flay is lowest priority but does that change when using Solace and Insanity talent? Should be first after using Devouring Plague when talented for it.
Another thing I noticed in RBGs is that its DPin when my target has maybe one dot only and you should have both DoTs before you DP.

In Arena you have to play your character as well, make the decisions. The bot won't know if you want to make distance between you and your pursuers during Spectral Guise or you want to use this opportunity to go to the healer to fear it or you want to continue DPSing asap. Sometimes you have to press those buttons.![]()
That's fine then just remove Special Guise from the Pealing setting or have it a separate setting. It just sits there for 6 seconds if I don't re-attack myself.
the whole point of the talent is like a rogue vanish so u can get away from fights. why would u want to use it then instantly atk again? u should be running away if u have to use it so you can get healed. If u are afk botting then there is nothing to be done about it unless u spec out of it.
Does it work with the training puppets in Orgrimmar e.g?

Angelic Feathers work nicely but has a long delay from using the second one. Seems it's set to 10 seconds instead of 6.
this is working how it should be because if u spam them on cd they will run out since they take 10 seconds to recharge. But i did find that the feathers are placed in the air sometimes or under other people and i cant not get them making it look very bottish

Yes but running out is what you want. Why have a stack of 3 if your only ever going to use 1. Feathers are good for pealing to another node quickly so you can mount faster. Burst feathers every 6 seconds is how it should be in every event I can think of. Even if you run out of Feathers you can just use it every 10 seconds if your running flag for some damn reason lol
Almost every AB and BFG for only about 3/4 a cast but instant 200-300k damage. Almost every group battle in those maps.
As far as RBGs go feathers only really matter for pealing so bursting every 6 seconds is all feathers is useful for. And pretty nice to catch up to a FC on a flag map since we don't have cast while running ='[
