The ub enable/disable was added yesterday, but not committed (needed it myself while raiding)

Necro supports only ub atm,but should work with Pl too, which makes np obsolete if u use both together in my opinion


Currently working on interrupting
- target ( current, none, all)
- style (different technics to get the point where we want to interrupt)
- type (none, all, healing only)
 
Would someone be so kind as to share their current settings file that is raiding Heroic or Mythic content. Just looking for a good starting baseline setup to start with that is working well that I can tweak. I would appreciate anyone who is able to help me with this. Looks like a great routine and I have switched to playing my DK as my main so I'm not really an expert on the class or on how the settings should be.

From store description: "Necrophilia is a PvE optimized Combat Routine."

I do not think this is coded to handle PvP well. It will attack your target for you but not in a way that is good for PvP.

Besides that, there's no log...so who knows what the hell is going on here...

The thing is most of the time is better to handle UB myself , bot doesnt know when im gonna move to change targets away from current target(furnace and maidens for example)

well basicly there is a range check missing from your description ;)
but like i said i already added a toggle / setting on my own, to disable Unholy Blight from Rotation
sadly this changed destroyed (sounds harder than it is) the necroblight rotation partially.

means: i have to to move the Blight into aoe only (as first change, and remove it from singletarget, it is a total waste of ressources to use it in single target), then i have to update the festering strike again, to have it separated from UB (i made a lil mistake here and currently we only extend the NP if duration of NP is less then cooldown time left on Blight, which could be a dps loss)

Current Progress on Changes:
Frost

  • even though that we couldn't reproduce the Rime issue, we changed the casting in frost slightly cause there where Rime issues possible because of a wrong logic at 2 lines of code
Blood
  • does now cast Deathstrike slightly more often (we are using our deathrunes now, if we don't need Bloodboil)
  • Taunt-Logic was changed, it does not matter if are off-tanking another unit now, we can taunt bosses now without having them targeted (there was a bug in Taunting where it was never taunting anything)
General changes
  • Interrupt code changed again, the new method is much more stable now, also u can now configure to only interrupt casting spells, only on the current target (there won't be a configuration for interrupting only specific spells, that's currently not on my list)

The update will be up on Monday or Tuesday (i'll need the sunday for testing and some more tweaks)

todo
- remove UB dependicies from NP rotation
- change Festering condition
- Remove UB from singletarget
- add setting for UB to be able to disable it (already done)

What's the logic behind the smart auto taunt? (I haven't tried it)
Does it just taunt off the other tank when he reaches a certain number of stacks on a boss? Like taunt when the other tank reaches 5 stacks of rising flames on Flamebender?

That's the point on it, but sadly it does not work in the current live version.

Should be fixed completely with next version ( the code is done, need to gather some informations for the BRF bosses today)

general tab : racials - interrupts -plague leech , ON aoe with 5 adds around target

specialisation tab : pillar/all , gargoyle/off and use urself or on boss , death strike at 10% and death pact at 15% just in case i forget to

items tab : use hearthstone or potion at 30% health just in case i forget to.

hotkeys tab : just put modifier and use them. from skills i only use defile and raise ally.

this should be ok for both frost 2H and unholy. using plague leech and defile, blood tap for frost and runic corruption for unholy

next update will be today after raid, i have to gather some more informations for the taunting but it looks quite good atm
 
Can you look into Defile? its set to off in the settings.. but its still getting auto cast :/

had to make to many notices while raiding / tanking which has to be written down as code first
also found some issues with the new interrupt method which i have to fix first
 
I can see in the logs that its not using Defile.. but in game its still getting auto cast? Any suggestions?
