MultiZone - The Ultimate Mining/Herb Profile

Used the ZIP you attached above and tested for a quick 5 minutes. Seems to be working great now thanks !

That's great to hear! I'll post different settings for slow and fast later tonight or tomorrow when I get a chance, just use the ZIP for now.
 
UPDATE
Updated the SVN with two categories, Fast Computer and Slow Computer versions of the profile
 
hey, this has been working great for a bit for me, but now smth seems wrong. it gathers just fine still, but the alt wont open any mail and wont sell anything on AH any more. maybe its because of the update?

The only thing i changed was longer wait times before and after using a portal, i'll test it when i can in alittle while to make sure i didn't accidently change anything else.
 
Ok i just did a quick test, set my Farmer to run for 4-5 min, he wen through the loop twice and switched to the banker, the banker both used the mail box and sold items on the AH each time. Only thing i can tell you is both HB and PB are buggy. I personally have to do fresh installs all the time. Restart wow and the bot, see if that fixes it, if not do fresh install of the SVN, then PB next, if that does work do all of it. A true fresh install included completely deleting the original files and starting from scratch, don't pile things on top of each other, that's what causes alot of bugs.

unfortunately no, if you want to use the AH option, then you need to make an alt and put him by the Auction House and set Banker to true. If you want to use the AH just make a level 1 character, it takes 5 min to fly him to the main city.

You don't need to fly. set your level 1 (banker) as the character your farmer sends mail to, the farmer mails him all the herbs/ore, logs in as him, he opens the mail, sells items on the AH, logs back to the farmer.
 
Ok, on step 3 we are required to have our hearthstones set to Orgrimmar, this is really inconvenient for me, will we be seeing Shrine support?

Unfortunately, that most likely won't ever be changed. I spend several hours trying to find a work around for that, then quickly realized it the best way to do it. PB is reliable on making a profile based on location, IE while i am in Org, go to the AH, when i've tried to change this to something like, i tried an option such as, while i am in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, mail items to alt, but the problem with that is anytime you fly to close to VOEB it would mail items, so if you want to farm in areas like Dread Wastes you need to fly all the way around VOEB, plus other things in the profile that rely on you to be in the main city are then broken and you need to figure out way to get them to work in a different way, way like, IF character is within 10 Yards of a specific point, then go do this, such as repair, however PB sometimes will skip those for me, its a bug that PB has, and this makes whole profile unreliable, it would sometimes just sit there and do nothing. Also PB is built to work that way, for instance certain tags are made for whether or not your character is in a home city or not, these specific tags only apply to home cities and don't exist for other things like VOEB. basically its complicated and PB wasn't meant to work that way. However you can make a whole new profile that is more basic than MultiZone that will do something similar, like have the farmer sell items on the AH, but changing the current profile to that just isn't that easy, it would have to be a completely new profile made specifically for that. If you want something like that your gonna have to make it yourself or find someone who you could pay to do say, but if you want free, then your gonna have to use something like this.

Thanks. I've spent a long time making these profiles and i feel all i do is spend 90% of my time here trying to help people get the bot to work when their problem usually isn't even my profile at all. It's nice just to have someone say thanks.
