Can you Afk dps in pvp with this bot?

Or would the botbase have to switch to combat assist, thus not move?

If you have a ranged class it should work since the botbase will move you in range and target the enemy. If you're melee you'll most likely run into problems since the botbase won't get you into LOS.
 
oh my gosh I love you for making this!!! I am very new to this reborn bot and I am horrible at scripting. this is flawless my character is healing herself as a low level archer which is what I needed. Super yays to you!!! keep up the great work!
 
Hi, just added this plugin. It works good but my dragoon don't use any buff skills.

Is that possible to add buff skill type like blood for blood, internal release, live surge ?

Btw everything else works really well .

Are you 50? The dragoon will use buffs only at the most opportune time. Move behind the target to start the impulse drive rotation and then move back to the flank.

I just make some profiles to grind . I know that rotation but the routine doesn't do that at all. Only the 3 thrust + bleeding effect + heavy thrust even if it's face to face ( and it's always face to face, even interrupt doesn't work ).
I don't need to use buffs " at the most opportune time " while grinding, only to use them on cooldown .
Maybe my question was too cloudy .Is there an option to use buff skill on cooldown ?
It's enough to grind, i was just thinking about a way to get that grind faster .

with the whm profile, if you have to move when in the middle of casting a heal (medica for example) it will blink 'interrupted' for about 3 seconds which you could use that time to be casting a heal. i have tried manually healing when the interrupt message comes up and you can keep healing right away if you know what i mean? Is there some sort of timer that determines when it heals or something?

Try going into the healing manager settings and changing the double cast timer to 1.
 
ok thanks for that. I have also noticed shadowflare on summoner seems to get interrupted alot by other abilities such as ruin/miasma etc. Any way to get around that? also with the whm profile, trying to edit the cure III hp percent doesn't seem to apply/change. When i get back into the gui it stays the same

Hey Exmortem, I really appreciate this plugin and so far it's been really great. Here's a couple of feedback issues I've noticed while leveling sub lvl 30 classes.

-Marauder
Currently, on the Marauder sub lvl 30 routine, it will only spam Maim. It's using all of the buff and crossover skills appropriately for the base class, but it just doesn't do any attack rotation other than Maim spam.
A preferable rotation would look something like this:

If player does NOT have Maim buff:
Heavy Swing->Maim

If player DOES have Maim buff:
Heavy Swing->Skull Sunder

If target is out of range but within 8 yalms: Tomahawk

If number of targets meets AOE requirments: Overpower

If target is below X hp: Mercy Stroke

The primary issue I'm having here is I'm getting an "Invalid Target" error in the game whenever I use this class. It seems to be a problem with the rotation as it will complete Touch of Death->Bootshine just fine, but it seems to hang on any part of the rotation after that and just continues to spam those two skills.

-Gladiator/Paladin
I think the flash option is simply broken on these classes. Once the number of enemies reaches the AOE requirments it will simply spam flash until I'm out of mana then proceed with a regular Rage of Halone rotation until it has enough mana to flash again. This occurs even though the Flash checkbox is unchecked. This poses a problem in fates and dungeons for two reasons. First, in dungeons, draining all mana on flash can make it difficult to quickly grab agro as needed so I then have to chase a mob down and off of a party member. Second, in FATES it's problematic simply because drawing that many mobs can mean certain death (not to mention looking like an idiot when you have to run away lol).

Archer/Bard (all classes)
These rotations don't seem to be able to face mobs when a skill is used specifically when moving. I have to actually "lock on" targets so that I'm always facing it in order to maintain LoS. This is a problem with the Archer/Bard class simply because sometimes you have to kite, however, you cannot kite while locked and skills don't fire when not locked due to LoS issues. Yes, before you ask, I have made sure that my in game character option to "automatically face target when using skills" is checked.


Thanks again for all your hard work on this. Without your plugin this Bot would lose a LOT of it's appeal and usefulness. You're awesome. ;) :cool:
Also, props to Masta for allowing the APIs for the plugins.
 
Thanks for the reports, i've posted fixes onto the SVN. I'm aware of the issue with Shadowflare, I can't get it to stop interrupting the first cast and i'm not sure why it's happening yet but i'll keep working on it.

Edit: Should have also fixed the Cure III setting on WhiteMage. Added an option with the Dragoon to save buffs, disable it to use buffs whenever they're up.

Something weird happens with the Shadowflare currently, on the Scholar anyways. The cast will always get interrupted, then the bot will cast Ruin, in the middle of those Ruin's Shadowflare will appear under the target. Im not sure why that happens but obviously we shouldn't be able to cast 2 spells at the same time, if you're uncomfortable with that I would keep Single target flare disabled in the options.

Ok, so I just got home and ran a brief test of the changes and they're amazing. Almost exactly what was needed IMHO :)

Confirmed fixed, however, the rotation still does not include the Maim buff in the rotation, but, that is ok given the fact that this does exactly what I need it to, sans Maim. If in the future you would like to add it that would be awesome.

Confirmed Fixed on Gladiator. On Paladin it will still use Flash as per the job settings regardless if the box is ticked or not. This is not that bad since you can set the MP % to 100 and it won't fire.

Anyone else having a problem with this crashing their clients with the BLM profile? also it seems to get stuck after casting swift cast and does nothing for a while.
 
very odd. All i can really suggest is making sure you have everything in the right folders.. right click the bot and run as admin maybe? not sure
 
Toggling auto target will enable and disable auto face on skills. BLM isn't crashing my client.

Well hasn't happened today at all so maybe it was just my isp connection, But I am still having it freeze for a good 5 seconds after swift cast and the casting of blizzard below the threshold I set is not reliable at all it just stops casting all together. Also when we run out of mana and switch to blizzard shouldn't we wait to go back to fire until our power is all the way up lots of times it just does it at around 50% power.. Im not 100% sure im still new to this game and this is my first char and not 50 yet. Also it doesn't use convert at all, I see it there in the file if I open it up but it never casts it. Also raging strikes seems unreliable it only casted it once all day ?
