Hey Millz, nice work on the new version, had a couple of questions, for Lag level 1 and lag level 2, any reasons why i would run with both checked or none checked. ie: if i dont seem to have a FPS issue is there any problem with leaving them both unchecked, or is there something bad about having the CR trying to spam abilities 24/7 or doing all the checks etc?

I'd recommend enabling both, or as a minimum enabling #2. Should be no issues having both disabled, but not very clean having it constantly spam trying to cast spells.

The burst/mana burn phase should be in the release version now

I following Icy Veins guide to make burst phase manually and get above 10k more damage burst that with CR...are you tested it? what guide use you?

It just forces extra arcane bursts until you're below 50% mana and evocation is available. How are you getting 10k more damage ??

I would appreciate it if you could upload your xml file with the talents you are using, would be help to all of us who can't get the right routine down, im struggling still to find a decent frost, with having to do the pristmatic crystal myself, id like it if somebody could actually upload there files so other people can have some what success with it.

While posts like this help sell the routine (I agree with you btw) they complete do not help other people who already purchased the routine and are struggling to have similar results as you. Be kind to your fellow mages and post your CR settings, when you manually intervene/why etc. Thanks!

Since I'm getting spammed via PM and in this thread to upload my settings let me say sth:
I haven't done this post to be a new mmo-champion guide-master for all the mages here...
I did that for Millz to encourage everyone who already bought it or is thinking about to buy it! This is an awesome routine and my post was to prove that!
Of course I could just upload the xml and see how you still suck (you wouldn't if you would know what you do.. we both got the same settings and same routine) or you could just post whats your issues and try to understand your class and what you're doing with this routine.
Every experienced player will directly understand what's going wrong there and will search for some help... But I will not accept that the whole time and work I've used to get there will be skipped by everyone here just by downloading the xml.
I was worrying much about my mage and the performance this CC is providing so I aboslutely don't see the point why you shouldn't...

The settings are so easy to set and to understand... I really can't get why so many guys are whining about their "low dmg"... It is because you use trash-settings like blink on cc, spellsteal tons of shit, casting slow fall or frostnova when needed etc. .. this is all crap and is a huge waste of GCDs for every dps-related fight... Are you using the pause when any blink is needed or sth else?
The mainsettings are in the categories "talents" and "fire/frost/arcane" and there are not that many options that you are not able to handle it...

I'm playing my mage flawless by hand, that's why I know how to play it flawless with the routine also.. Start asking for help and point your issues out instead of begging for the xmls from everyone who is achieving sth...

I only enter in burst phase when i have 4 charges of AC and 3 charges of AM with AP, spam AB until 50% and use Evocation.

Too easy, but manually i get more damage that with CC ( i think that bot laggin when enter in burst phase).

I always make top 3 ( in the mayoriti) in all boss except twinks


Only that no work good is burst phane arcane, too many time, CC cast Evocation when i have 100%, so strange...

I only play PVP with frost and I want to use only to play ONLINE, not AFK. Is it really good? has a good logic? Is the burst good? Good for duels or Arenas?

I got to gladiator with this routine and a good discipline priest.
Worth the money. Although don't expect to get spoonfed, knowing the class and setting up hotkeys and the right settings will get you high, don't expect more than 1750 with 0 knowledge.

Actually I am good in PVP, I have this bot just to gather honor, but I saw this routine and now I'm really interested.

Just reading the config options I've got very excited, If this script can do all that it says on the description config then I really want to try!

Hi, I've just downloaded the trial and I am trying to figure it out myself as best I can but I am also wondering if there is a guide somewhere as there are somethings I'm not sure about (e.g. should I have automatically activate burst enabled or do it manually to maximize dps).

I will continue to read this thread for help but sometimes going back through the pages is confusing too as I am not sure if the issues people talk about have been changed/fixed since they were posted about.

Only need add that if have all conditions, use AP if is not in CD, normally in all boss the BL is usage for determined time, no for pull start, so the majority of the time, we must enter in bursh phase without AP.

The second boss start BL Pull is amazing for arcane, can make 80k average ^^

AP should be used under those conditions anyway. So it'll get to 4x charges, arcane missiles active, then it'll cast AP and start the burst rotation. It should sync up when it can really.

Frost Bomb supposed to be on boss not crystal.

Works better on the Crystal. I tried placing it on the boss (well.. target dummy) then sticking crystal next to it and unleashing on the crystal, where splitting ice glyph hits the frost bomb'ed boss target, but it just doesn't work very well in practice. The guys over at Method agree:

Prismatic Crystal takes 10% increased damage and can be placed near your target for 12 seconds, the damage you deal to it is split evenly between targets nearby. Frost Bomb can be applied to your Prismatic Crystal, making these two talents have a nice synergy. This is the best DPS option of the tier as long as you make almost full use of each Prismatic Crystal.

There's no guides, sorry. The default setting files are the best place to get started. Auto burst is a bad idea generally. Disable burst in PvE, but controlled manually in PvP is the best option. In PvE you're more interested in enabling/disabling cooldowns to handle bursting.
