I am completely lost on how to download your Combat Routine.

I have purchased your Routine "Portal Premium - An Advanced Mage Routine [PvE & PvP]", I can't find a download button or link. I read through the forums and unfortunately am still unable to find a solution.

I know what SVNs are but I have never had a username/password for it. (I use TortoiseSVN)

I am lost... can someone give me a step by step? This is very user unfriendly...

Everything u purchase should stream directly to your HB. (so no need to download it yourself)

After seeing your response I realize I may not have been totally clear ( Its not that my hotkey assignements are changing, if thats what you mean). I have never loaded any new xml files... at least as far as I know. The issue is that on the Hotkeys tab in the abilities section, there is no longer an option to set a hotkey for Blizzard on mouseover. There are a few others that I believe disappeared in one of the recent updates just dont remember those off the top om my head, but I felt the Blizzard on mousover was important because it is nearly impossible to get off a blizzard during the routine without it. The other night when I was playing, the missing option to hotkey Blizz was back in the settings and then a day or so later it was again missing. There were a few updates over the course of those days. I thought maybe it was an issue in the updates.

There's never been a blizzard hotkey. It probably wouldn't play very nice with the cancel blizzard code when units under high aoe count etc.

Let me start off by saying this is a great routine! I am curious though, I have icy floes un checked. I noticed in pvp while im trying to kite a melee the routine is still trying to cast making my run speed slow hence the routine is trying to cast still. For example im running and my target is behind me, the routine still trys to cast and this also happens sometimes when im trying to kite running sideways. It would be nice if somehow the routine would work with you while kiting. I also have cast ice lance while running checked. I have targeting, auto face, and auto move all unchecked, I am in full control of the movement, the routine just casts for me. Not sure if anyone has this problem but it would be cool if their was a fix you could recommend or possibly implement. Thank you for the awesome routine and I look forward to your response.

I'd need to add facing checks to all spells, and that can slow the routine down quite a lot - which is why I've never added them.

Ugh prismatic crystal is such a shit talent but its the best dps. Millz - why does it cast it on cooldown without logic? IE: One trash mob in a CM mode 20% life left and it casts it. What is the logic on PC? Can we get some settings for it? or like I need to understand it better.

Also not using mirror images when I press burst on the PC.

It does have logic, it's just not very exposed yet. It's checking units are going to live for at least another 8 seconds before casting. Need a log for mirror image.

It's a bug with HB, lots of people having issues apparently. Waiting for new HB build before messing with anything in the routine.

In future, post full (unedited) log files please - but just restart your PC and it'll be fixed.

Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to.

But i have an actual and live license to HB... can u send me the files via skype???

Your Honorbuddy key must be connected to a different buddyauth account to the one you've logged in with.

The free version doesn't work currently. It needs updating for WoD. Premium ones are priority at the moment.

It's already got that hotkey control using the cooldowns toggle

The free version isn't updated for WoD yet. The premium version can be trialed for 2 days via the store. Option is available once you login to the store website.

Can you try a fresh HB install please? Don't copy any existing routines etc into the new folder before trying to load it for the first go.

EDIT: I realised that I could access it through honorbuddy. I got the impression that there was a built in questing profile though, is this wrong? Because it seems like i have to add another questing profile in order to make it work.

Hey

It means you can use the routine for questing, in tandem with the 'Questing' bot base. You can obtain the questing profiles here: Buddy Store

So to quest you need the Questing bot base (included with HB). The profiles linked above (free), and a combat routine (Portal).

Most of the settings are down to personal preference. You're best off setting the routine up to suit yourself. PvP with mages requires a decent amount of manual control and hotkey usage.

Unrelated -> Busy tuning frost spec, seeing some pretty decent results. My gear sucks, but..

Pushed a new build - waiting for approval. I've gone through all of the guides and theory crafting posts I can find, and the routine *should* be following all of the general rules. The DPS seems a lot stronger than it was.
