[Item Rules] TrollinGoblin ROS Item Rules [Keep Updating]

WTF, i use extreme lootrules(with salvage all rares&blues) and he stash a crappy 2h staff...dafuq?

Edit: Would you mind to upload your logs so that I can look into it in more details for you?

Go to address "\Demonbuddy\TrinityLogs\[Your Battle.net Tag]", find the following logs, zip them and upload them.:
IR2Bugs.log
IR2Keep.log
IR2Pick.log
JunkLog - xxx.log

I'm using extreme rules and my bot keeps stashing crappy 1-handed crossbows. Not sure why. I followed all the steps on the first page and have made no changes to the files.

Hi, sorry you are having this but would you mind doing these for me?
  1. Upload your rules - if you have modified any of them; or instead, you can reply the thread with the lines you modified.
  2. Go to address "\Demonbuddy\TrinityLogs\[Your Battle.net Tag]", find the following logs, zip them and upload them.:
    • IR2Bugs.log
    • IR2Keep.log
    • IR2Pick.log
    • JunkLog - xxx.log
    - If you haven't got these logs in that folder, go to Trinity config -> "Advanced", check "ItemRules logs".
  3. Tell me whether you have or have not seen logs similar to these in your DB's log window:

Reply to the thread if you still having exception after you reload rules twice and please claim that you have done that, so that I don't have to ask you :D.

my girlfriend just sended me the logs. i hope these are the correct ones. otherwhise i will do it tomorrow when im at home. And btw when it loads the rules your 3.3 version there are no 30 rare rules they are less :D so supsisios.

i think its a error of trinity scoring...scoring for weapons maxed at 110000 but these weapons are on 119982 and more...

I have looked into your logs. From the bug.log you provided, obviously trinity wasn't using the rules to evaluate items.

I just downloaded v3.3 to try them myself. I had a full bag town run tested with all three rule sets, my trinity didn't report me any bugs. Therefore, the original v3.3 rules I uploaded work fine.

If the trinity is evaluating an item by its own scoring system, there are three possibilities:
1. Rules are not loaded into Trinity.
2. Your trinity or DB or both are broken.
3. It is also possible but very unlikely: bad rules - certain rules are missing so that Trinity has to go back to its scoring system - or simply stash them (more likely this way).

However, since the log windows said the rules were loaded, it is then either because your possibility 1 or 2.

I believe you modified pickup.dis, salvageSell.dis and rare.dis. Would you mind upload those files as well?
And since Trinity has been updated to v1.8.18, you may wish to update your Trinity.


edit: Update your Trinity to v1.8.18. Because the new Trinity updated the Item rule tags and I'm using them. If these tags are missing from the Trinity, trinity could go back to its scoring system.

Hi, yes these are the logs I want. Thank you and Thank your girlfriend. I wish my girlfriend wouldn't get mad at me if she knew I'm playing games :D.

OK, it looks like you are having the same problem as sebflex has. Have you updated your Trinity to v1.8.18? If you haven't done so, please do it, because I'm using new item rule tags come with this update.

If you do have the newest version of trinity, have you modified any of the rules?

I just did some tests and i think you should mention in your first post that rules for white items have to be localized.. for me, if i want to pickup "Skullsplitters" i had to rename it to "Fendeuse de crânes" in French !

I think many people could think your rules are not working, but in fact it will only be localization issue...

I also had to create entirely new item rules in fresh file to get them to actually work properly. For some reason something in my old item rules was causing the bot to just trash everything. I basically coped every item rule into a new file with minimal formatting and it works fine.

Evilking, can you check this for me: If you go to trinity config, above "Reload script rule", check "Use Item ID's instead of names". I think this should work for you.

I downgraded to Trinity .17, copied over the .15 interpreter.cs, and added in item stats from .18 interpreter.cs. Much more stable and works. Your custom rule is the best from those I have ever use. Selling all trash stuffs and stash me one trifecta rare ring (which is even better than what I currently equip).
