Horrible Customer Service

I looked at all of your threads that you opened. It looks like you're running everyone else's profiles but your own.

I suggest making a profile that works best for you. Take the 10 minutes and make 1, tweak it as needed. As far as your crashing issues - it sounds like windows or hardware (even though you ran a stress test). I am an IT admin, some issues are hard to pinpoint the exact issue (if it's hardware or software related).

Ive been looking at the ways to make profiles im not good with stuff like that atm ill be going to tech school for computers soon though so im hoping to get better. No hardware issues though i ran memtest86 for 24 hours and everything came back fine did stress tests on my video card that runs perfect i reinstalled all drivers and updated others. If you could take the time to help me with reinstalling .net or give me a resource where to go in a PM thatd be great cause quite honestly after testing all these things thats where im starting to feel the issue might be. I just dont understand why tony cant say these things instead of just saying the same thing over and over again. Ive looked through tons of support posts where people have given him all requested info and his solution is just to close the thread and say everythings fine when it quite obviously is not. And as in the OP stated im not trying to bash Tony i dont know how he is with a lot of peoples questions and i do understand the stress that must come with his job thats why i asked for both sides of the story i want the good and the bad here.
 
while most of the staff is pretty good, i have to agree that tony is the weakest link. from personal experience with him, a lot of times it seems like he doesnt know what he's talking about, and most of his support is the same copy/pasted 1 line answers. hes not a bad guy, but hes very stubborn and hard to hold a conversation with. that being said, for the most part whenever i have a problem i usually just find a fix for it myself. that's generally 100% faster than posting on the forum and waiting for someone to answer it, if they do.
 
I've only had access to 8/9 of my sessions since I bought them back in June. Multiple emails have been sent, the only response on the forums i've been given is "looking into some things first". Just had my accts banned after about a month using DB (constant downtimes due to terrible (zero) support with AGB, patches that break all plugins, etc etc.) Every time you post something in support you get a 1 liner like "disable all plugins and try again"... Worst support ever, I just hesitated saying anything until now due to not wanting to get banned. Needless to say I will not be using buddy products in the future. Was fun while it lasted (if it worked for more than a few hours without crashing). Thanks for that I suppose fellas. Arelog never worked for DB so babysitting throughout the day was mandatory (until once again... a community member fixed it for you.)

If you're going to rely on the community to put out ALL of the profiles for your bot; the least you could do is work with the people who take the time to make these so your bot is actually usable. Telling people they're SOL with issues that use community made plugins/profiles is just wrong on every level.

Frankly there would be no buddy bots without the profiles, plugins, and "support" from the community members. I have never purchased something before that had this little support from the developers in my life. It really is sad guys, you take everyone's money and then rely on the community to keep it alive. There has not been a single patch that you guys put out for DB that ran smooth for me, it ALWAYS broke something. I used .151 for almost 100% of the time until I was forced to upgrade because of a D3 patch.

I love what you guys are doing, just now how you do it.

It will make sure you have .NET 4 and Visual C++ installed, if not it will do it for you

Actually I put out all of the actual code for profiles. All that you have to do is add moveto and waittimers as needed - which takes like 2 minutes

as far as your 8/9 --> 18? issue ... That's Tony & Bossland's Area. I assume that you provided the correct payment information in your [email protected] emails?

and yep, countless times, still have yet to get a response email.

Short story; paid for a working product, not one you had to put together before use. This is clearly the IKEA of bot companies.

Then why create a support section at all? Is that not what it is? We provide 100% of the information requested and 8/10 times only get told to disable everything and try again.

Neither actually. Well ive crashed on occasion very rare and its just D3 and sometimes DB does that not working thing but i just fresh install it and ill be back up and running again. Windows stops responding all together. I am reinstalling .NET Framework 4 as we type now. Im going to try the Demonbuddywizard also as was mentioned by someone in here.

just backup your files (and keys - unless you can easily access them in your email) and reinstall

If / when windows gives me hassle... this is the fastest thing to do

Backup files to external 2TB
reformat / install windows takes 30 minutes
install backup files takes a few mins, installing windows updates takes all day long, but at least they're there (and install your browser and needed programs)

If you do this and you still have issues - I can get one of the bot devs to look into your issue personally (assuming you're running Windows 7, since the others may have hardware issues bc the older os's suck)

Kick you say hardware software that can be true and cannot be true.

I have seen the DB crash on 3 systems all with different hardware, CPUs, GPUs, RAM, Harddrives. They never crash when just playing diablo or doing other shit just when using DB and its random ive gone days without it happening and ive had it happen 3-4 times a day.

Except so far, trying to find a legitimate answer as to where to buy DB from has been terrible, and one of the threads I found which was full of trolls and people complaining was just simply 'closed' without any statement from a staff member.
I get the post was futile and useless but for the actual people who were looking for a simple answer such as "it is not available yet, please wait then go here". It would be nice...

Thats because the same question has been asked a billion times and the answer to that question is stickied in the front page of the Demonbuddy section.

In summary this means:


We are opening Demonbuddy sales tomorrow evening for everyone outside of Germany

Our Payment Provider needs to configure its servers with rules, that make more then sure that the court decision is being followed. I will test all that sets of rules, to make sure it is all right, and then the shop goes online for all our customers that do not live in Germany.


For the Germans, we still need to wait for what the court will rule on 17th July, and then we will inform you. If it is against us, we will fight it, if its in favour for us, Blizzard will fight the decision made by the court, so it still stays thrilling.


On a side node, the session doubling will not happen until the ruling was done, which means, not before 17th July in any way.
