Horrible Customer Service

I just want to say how bad the support forum is. Tony who im sure does it all is absolutely the worst person ever to be doing support. I just wanted to get a few peoples views on the support forum and how many people actually got help in there. I just had my second thread closed before ever getting any help. He gave me his normal shpeel about post logs and blah blah blah saying DB works fine without plugins and all this other crap. Im sorry but if any plugin i use is crashing DB theres obviously something different going on he goes after the same thing every time guy needs to be a bit more open minded about where the problem could lie. I also gave him everything he asked for logs with and without plugins all DB version info and profiles. As soon as i gave him everything he asked for he closed the thread down. Again please post if you ever have issues with support or if your support was good i want both sides of the story here cause i cant see how a team as good as the buddy team would hire this jerk off.
 
Tony told me he runs profiles from 1-60 without plugins :) I asked for the links to these profiles ive been waiting 3 weeks :)
 
All I can add to this is, there is nothing wrong with DB. Proof? Hundreds of other people are running it flawlessly without any problems. I myself have been running v.171 + AGB with no problems at all. Regarding Tony's situation, I am not him and I was not there, so I will not comment.

This defies all logic, AGB is the devil !
 
personally in the 2 years i've been using the buddy services, i found them to be awesome in just about every way. any problem i've had i've gotten taken care of pretty quickly, but of course i do have a good IT / programming background. that said, tony might not be the friendly face of customer kissass a lot of people are used to.. but this isn't mcdonalds. the customer isn't always right, in fact, i'm pretty sure the customer is wrong a huge portion of the time... this is a small custom boutique software company that makes a great product and has VERY FAST turn around with problems.

Kick even helped poor me build a new brand new spanking PC - Sounds like a jumbojet, but it works :P

Yea see now i know that it is working for other people so wouldnt it be easier to figure out problems that way so we can compare my computers makeup and the profiles plugins and demonbuddy version im running to isolate where the problem is. Tony doesent even do that its all Plugins, plugins, plugins with him but i gave him a log where i had my issue with no plugins going. The guy just cant get off plugins its redonkulous. I know for a fact people use plenty of plugins including the ones i use (EMCBehaviors, MSFix) with absolutely no issues.
 
Oh I would also like to add, even before DB, when I first started using the Buddy products (Honorbuddy) for WoW, Tony was the one supporting me along the way. Although our conversations were short, he always got to the point quick and easy. No problems here regarding support of the Buddy team for Honorbuddy or Demonbuddy
 
Some issues are plugins, but when you have 6 bots 3 using AGB and the other 3 use nothing similar and they all crash randomly its not a plugin issue.

Well calm down a little, and take a step back. Was DB working for you before a patch or something? Because if you tried using DB for your first time and it is not working ,try reinstalling .NET and the other Microsoft thing.

Ive actually read a portion of Tonys Honorbuddy supportposts and he seems like an entirely different person over there.

I never claimed to know what i was talking about with him but he never even gave me any options even after getting him all the requested material he needed to actually give me support instead he just said DB works perfect stop using plugins and closed down the thread so i went and tried no plugins for a few days same exact issue everyday after 5min the first day 2 hours the second day and even did it yesterday and it went for 7 hours almost the longest ive ever gone lol. but problems still there with just DB and absolutely no plugin files on my computer.

I looked at all of your threads that you opened. It looks like you're running everyone else's profiles but your own.

I suggest making a profile that works best for you. Take the 10 minutes and make 1, tweak it as needed. As far as your crashing issues - it sounds like windows or hardware (even though you ran a stress test). I am an IT admin, some issues are hard to pinpoint the exact issue (if it's hardware or software related).

Yes, there are a lot of 12 year olds on the demonbuddy forum
 
Support is one of the best features of the buddy team since i been here. Can you imagine having to deal with the users of this forum? Yet, i've yet to see any of them blow up at us.. Kick called me a homo once, but i figgured he was just having one of those days.
 
really? Tony is a very good mod. A lot of people don't understand how time consuming it can be to moderate a large community like this. I only have the utmost respect for what he does, as I am a mod/admin for two commercial communities myself. It is not helpful to create a thread like this as it is extremely counter-productive.
