So far I can't really rate the service of staff here because I have not been around long enough.
Except so far, trying to find a legitimate answer as to where to buy DB from has been terrible, and one of the threads I found which was full of trolls and people complaining was just simply 'closed' without any statement from a staff member.
I get the post was futile and useless but for the actual people who were looking for a simple answer such as "it is not available yet, please wait then go here". It would be nice...

Thats because the same question has been asked a billion times and the answer to that question is stickied in the front page of the Demonbuddy section.

Why is this the reason to stop being friendly and help each other?
If someones asks again, tell them, maybe make a little joke about not using the search, but why flaming them and "scaring them off", since they seem to be new customers?
