Horrible Customer Service

So far I can't really rate the service of staff here because I have not been around long enough.
Except so far, trying to find a legitimate answer as to where to buy DB from has been terrible, and one of the threads I found which was full of trolls and people complaining was just simply 'closed' without any statement from a staff member.
I get the post was futile and useless but for the actual people who were looking for a simple answer such as "it is not available yet, please wait then go here". It would be nice...

Thats because the same question has been asked a billion times and the answer to that question is stickied in the front page of the Demonbuddy section.

Why is this the reason to stop being friendly and help each other?

If someones asks again, tell them, maybe make a little joke about not using the search, but why flaming them and "scaring them off", since they seem to be new customers?

i find that extremely hard to believe, i know i at least explained that we would not sell keys at least 20 times since the injunction was filed. i also never close threads without reading them and making a closing statement. so i know not only was it explained in various user threads, but you could of looked at the official bossland posts that also explained "hey we cant sell keys right now".
 
Iv never had a problem with demonbuddy. and the two problems i had with my email/forum authentication. Tony had fixed within mins..so. GOOD SERVICE

Edit: also this poll sucks. i cant even vote wtf?
 
just backup your files (and keys - unless you can easily access them in your email) and reinstall

If / when windows gives me hassle... this is the fastest thing to do

Backup files to external 2TB
reformat / install windows takes 30 minutes
install backup files takes a few mins, installing windows updates takes all day long, but at least they're there (and install your browser and needed programs)

If you do this and you still have issues - I can get one of the bot devs to look into your issue personally (assuming you're running Windows 7, since the others may have hardware issues bc the older os's suck)

Yes im running windows 7. I have no important files on the computer that i cant get back from the internet its a very new computer me and my brother built it back in february i only use it for pleasure no business so all files and whatnot are redownloadable my DB key i can always get from buddyauth i dont keep anything important like that in my email. Thanks again kickazz your the man. And again didnt mean to start a flood of bashing just wanted to get the situation straight about what everyone was getting from in the support forum.

its not negative i was trying to get to the truth of the situation. i tried several times to get help and was given the same each time i just thought it was odd just wanted some feedback. now if i put useless in each category than thatd be surely negative. again im not trying to bash tony for anything i dont know how he has helped others or not i just saw a lot of people talking and though we should collaborate on it and see if there was an issue. also wanted to get some positive views in here as again i didnt know how tony has helped others. i know his job must be hard and i know there must be a lot of people who just dont give the correct details and than b*tch and complain about him that they got no help but there are others like me who gave everything and got nothing. sorry if this offends him i even said something to him to try and give me a little more than his normal links twice he did the same thing this felt like the only option.
 
im only disappointed about the documentation provided on the avaliable profile tags , there is one by Nesox but it is not comprehensive enough; does not contain all tags etc. most of the documentation i can find is user created, or im learning from user created profiles.
 
Tony told me he runs profiles from 1-60 without plugins :) I asked for the links to these profiles ive been waiting 3 weeks :)

theres a profile section... theres a label for what act... there is also a name of each profile in each one of the acts... He probably did not answer you cause your too lazy to even bother looking...? its your bot set it up... some one buys are car? do you call the dealer ship and keep asking shit how do I turn left, how do I turn right... wheres my seat belt buckle... cause this is as simple as those questions use your eyes you would be amazed at what it can do.

Use my BlankQO in my SVN

It has everything that I used to code when I developed every quest in the game (untested bc Generated (random) dungeons don't work)

The 2 'farming' profiles that I made / tested worked fine when I added some moveto's and waittimers (took 5 mins to make / fix)

Some profiles could be fixed by adjusting the distance between movetos so it doesnt trigger the other pathing provider (aka circumventing demonbuddys features) but even this has been shattered by 171 173.
Still doesn't change the fact that a single true stuck means being stuck forever.

Nesox is working on stuffs - but now you're getting into Logic/Mesh issues... which is what the release threads are for =)
 
Apoc was never on Demonbuddy =P (well, he was on it for initial server stuffs - as he's our server guy as well as BW dev)

He has a habit of leaving his signature when he codes, he for sure had a hand in development and in more than server communication.

Fail, all of that information is in a comprehensive manual that is issued with the car.

It's far from useless, people are paying for a service, and they have a right to an opinion on how that service is received.

Everything about DB so far i love. Just because i have some bad luck with DB doesent mean i dont see how other users are having an excellent time with it. I came here because of the support the community showed the buddy team and the loyalty they had for the buddy team. This thread was specifically made for just the forum support section and to get an opinion on Tony from the community i never meant to bash on him. I just want everyone to understand that. I see a lot of people it seems to be almost 60 40 here that tony has helped and thats where the question came in so my case and a few others are rare cases who knows maybe he was just having a busy day :D
