I agree. Its problematic that a product we all have paid for is not even remotely working. At first i bought a one month supscription - HB worked for 6 days doing that time, and with worked i mean: It was functional but still full of bugs. I have never seen such a unprofessional crew regarding the way they handle things. I mean of course people are unsatisfied about HB not working properly, and when they ask about it all they get is "its ready when its ready, stop complaining, the devs are working hard" .. And you know what? THEY BETTER. After all, aint that what they are payed for? How can someone run a company and shit that hard on the people who have bought the given product? Maybe its the payroll. Maybe they shouldnt be paid a single penny till they have a functional product to deliver. Im done wirh HB thats for sure, more reliable competitors out there who gives better value for the money.
