That is good news. Are you able to elaborate on what kind of updates you are doing to Tripwire? It may make some of the people feel better, like myself, that are worried about getting another account banned shortly after starting up HB again.

Somehow, I don't think that is in the best interests of HB, or BL as a whole. Too many blizzbois reading these pages. I have only been here a couple months, but I know the reality of the situation. Not sure if Tripwire updates are the way to go about this....

Take your time and fine what happen that blizzard caught the program. maybe theirs bots out there that don't detect by wardern and they found a way to hide the bot from Blizzard's eyes. if it stuck to logoff or something. I think applying software to search for bots is illegal since its like a hacking program detecting other hacks out there. Hopefully there is a way to cloak HonorBuddy from being detected, somehow mix up the memery or remove what honorbuddy does outside, like the movements and spells it casts.

Is this the way Blizzard reacts from loosing the court case? Did Blizzard asks for the user lists during legal discovery?
 
I dont know but maybe you guys should just close the forum down since every single post being made is getting closed. No matter what we will get another Banwave with HB since Bossland has no clue how it got detected this time and it will get detected again and again. As for people using it for PVP just move to another bot with PVP enabled. GG Most CR's for pvp are making the move. It does feel good that pvp is getting looked at a lot more. I wont be using HB for a long time since the risk % is a lot greater then it was before. With the response of "We dont know how we got detected" but we are going to release a new version anyway" has really lowered my trust with this software.
 
Just for statistics : luckily my 3 accounts have NOT been banned !

I couldn't play because I was away on holidays since the 6th may. I have been botting for 2 years, 8 hours per day : garrison bot + bg + kick's. My main account got banned 3 days about 3 months ago (for botting in bg : so i guess i am flagged as a bot user) but I kept botting with it until may the 6th...and i didnt got banned during the 13/05/2015 ban wave !
 
Don't forget folks, when hb goes live blizzard will be actively trying to ban everything they can, it will be a race to try and kill the bot off,

So be prepared and maybe crate a suicide account :)

I would be interested to see if those who botted and were banned had changed the name of the exe file?

Blizzard can't just scan for the EXE
1. Its illegal
2. How would they know which WoW instance honorbuddy was attached to? (they didn't ban all accounts)
 
Roflmao... Best decision ever by boss land. I am a botter but I don't use arena crs. I mean come on really arena crs pisses a lot of people. Gearing up an alt in 1400 rating bracket felt like fighting 2k rated players.
There is nothing worst than losing to a back-peddling scrub just because u purchase the best routine out there that does everything for you like a high rated player.
With your auto totems stomping that fuck it up even before it was off gcd. And oh my god interrupting nearby casting target even when you're not even targeting, spell reflect at the last .5 second cast and so on. You get the idea.
I said good riddance L2p scrubs. Rolf!

you clearly have no clue what you are talking about.

you prolly are one of those scrubs trying to do arena on singular cause you cant manage to get a decent one.

and therefor are stuck in the 1200 bracket since you suck monkey balls.


even if you had a cr, you need a brain, and tweak the cr massively. use most by hand.

all the crs was good for was that repetative key mashing.

100% right! Even with high end pvp CR's if you did not tweak the shit out of it and know your class you wont get any higher then 1500. Arena was a small percent for PVP, what HB should do is remove BG Buddy like we said years ago. But its not what we want its how much money brings them.
 
Blizzard had to do something illegal because they aren't telling the people who got ban nothing. They won't even tell you what program was detected since I told Blizzard that I use several programs for my disabilities. I wish its wasn't against the TOS on Bossland to list another wow bot to use until Honorbuddy is fixed. I can't find a bot that quests as good as HonorBuddy now. I miss Pirox bot and wish it was back because I didn't get ban from using pirox bot. I only got ban from buying gold. I didn't get ban from selling gold back in the day when gold was pricey. Why is Blizzard aiming the banwaves on HonorBuddy, because Blizzard lost a case against BossLand or something?

Oh, I even did change the name of the *.exe file too and it was still detected. I think Blizzard did something illegal to find the bot.
