Exactly. Everybody is cheating. Cheat's do NOT last forever, there is always a risk involved when buying a hack that things will change. It sucks, but that's the way it goes.
 
the quality of botters sure has fallen over the years.. remember when people botted to level characters or farm/ make gold? now almost all of you are just crying cause WHAT!? I HAVE TO LEARN TO PLAY MY CHARACTER in one aspect of the game....? suck it up children. This is what is best for the gander. dont like it? im sorry but go be a lone goose somewhere else. almost all of us spent money on pvp cr's again its either you wasted some money or no bot. lesser of two evils.
 
plus what you've already achieved using it over the years must surely compensate you atleast.
 
please ban auto move in BG's combat routines should still be allowed as long as we're doing all the movement... Less detectable if the user is doing all the movement.
 
Just because you can't bot in arenas doesn't mean you will be off the radar and wont receive another banhammer wave. Many people never used hb for arenas or bgs they still got banned for just leveling running quest packs. I just don't see the point. the software is already against ToS whether you can use it in arenas or not? It's kinda like being a drug dealer and having the drugs on you is illegal but your not gonna sell them your just gonna hang on to them makes that any better? idk good luck with this project I will check back in a month or so and check the ban fourms out and see how things are going
 
Necessary rule. Respect to Bossland for this. Headed in the right direction of what HB should be. HB should be about botting what should be botted: tedious, long-term grinds, like levelling, which do not cause any negative repercussions to non-bot players. Thanks a lot for making this choice to making botting a bit safer to those people who want to do exactly this.

Completely support this! I'd disable it in BG's as well to be honest. It is far to easy to identify a bot in a BG/Arena.
 
arena should be played fair you have to earn you rating and not by a bot doing evrything while you move your toon but i hope the routines stil wil work for pve raiding because i wanna heal in pve raiding to have the best hps or dps. and also battlegrounds shouls be played manually bgbuddy takes the fun away of that they are all botters and we should do it manually

Because PVP has been the Largest complaint against HB. Lowering the radar on fairness will do the majority of users the most good.

lol wut you're saying when you play arena the bot shouldnt be able to do everything while you move your character but you hope it still works for pve so you can be top dps/hps while you move your char and the bot does everything for you. what a hypocrite

I completely agree. If the player base does not address botting as an annoyance/issue, Blizzard will not bother to invest in detection software/techniques.

but the rest of the game doesn't need to be played fair? makes total sense.

In PvP, you're gaining an unfair advantage against other players, which causes people to be angry. In PvE, you're gaining an advantage in support of other players, which is not only less obvious, people have much less incentive to complain if you're working with them. A bot should remain low key, if HB doesn't make people angry, Blizz has no reason to devote so many resources to battling it.

If anything the gathering, fishing, AH crap is what mostly Blizzard cares about, not Arena play. Exploiting for gold to now pay for WoW coins is pretty much the reason they are going after this and probably secondary is the AFK botting in BGs.

Start with disallowing movement in BGs and gold exploits before manual CR play in arena.... jesus christ

Are you serious? Check the blizz forums, it's pvp and arena that drive proper players nuts, and understandably. Why would you even want to bot in the arena. How is beating someone when it's not fair any fun
 
Honorbuddy not Conquestbuddy I guess. I can see it needing to be fair against players but AI? You're not bothering anybody at all.
 
I've used Honorbuddy mainly for CRs in arena, never used it for anything else. Never with kickbot and automated cc active, have done that manually. I've played activly throughout hole season 16 with it up till the day the banhammer arrived. Guess what? I did NOT get banned. I dont see the reason for not allowing it.

If anything the fully automated Gathering, Fishing, Questing, BGS is so fucking obvious to spot, not Arena play.
Maby you should look into making the automated botbases smarter before manual CR play in arena.
