[Official] Honorbuddy and Arenas

R.I.P HB for me then. I want to be refunded. I just bought HB only for Routines and Arenas.
And I just bought a lot of Combat Routines for HB. I just want refund from them also...
 
Well, I used it in Arena for like 2 times in 3 years, last time was in Cata I think. For me this shows a couple of things (this is my opinion):

-Bossland bans Arena to cover the fact, that HB was/is detected. The Team wants us to believe, that the banwave was because of the Arena/PVP botters. This is indeed not true.
-It doesn't make sense to me at all, since it doesn't matter if you bot in PVP or PVE, just start the bot is against the EULA and therefor you can get a ban. Cheating in a game is cheating, doesnt matter where. Even if its only "klick all 5 seconds button A".
-Bossland tells us that they want to get under blizzards radar. This will never happen since you sued them and you earn money, that (in theory) could be made by blizzard.

I am out of HB. I don't trust the Team anymore. Lucky that I don't paid for a buddystore product.
I still have to say, that since it is Bosslands product, they can decide whatever they want.

Where in that statement did you get that they only gave a shit about arena reports? You are just pooping out accusations. Come with some proof.

I have no proof. No one here has any proof. I do, however, have speculation based on the fact that disabling Arenas only makes sense if Bossland and the HB team are worried about the attention that RATED REPORTS bring versus Random BG reports where players are recycled all day. Arena is end game. Random BGs aren't. Read what I said a few posts up.

You keep asking the same question expecting a different answer.
For honorbuddy, PVP is no longer a supported feature, at least for Arena's.
 
This the best news for a long time, I don't care about PVP but I do feel sorry for those that use HB for PVP.

But from a PVE point of view this is great news.
 
Well, I've never used HB in arenas and last time I did a BG was 2 years ago (I hate PVP)... If you think this is what flagged us all for a ban you are so wrong...
 
I am all for this change as it is better to have a bot than no bot at all. The only people who are complaining are the people who are incapable of pulling off a 3-7 button rotation. Bots were created to do the annoying tasks of farming and autmatic game play, not carrying your sorry asses in arenas. If you can't even play your character then you probably shouldn't even be playing in the first place. Everyone knew the risks of buying a bot, you got burned, its life, suck it up and cry on to the next developer.
 
will have to spend money on firehack if that makes pvp !! because after more than 100 euros fanciest in routines now they say that we can not use. GZ
 
Well that makes 90% of my Combat Routine purchases completely useless..

Not to mention the work of the developers who made them.. But I guess they've already been compensated with all the money they've earned.

I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the Buddy Staff for making this obvious and correct decision!!! Hopefully this be a step in the right direction towards simplicity - I've got a hidden desire to see all botting removed from PvE & PvP areas of the game.

I know that this will upset some people, but frankly, if you can't play the game without the bot playing for you in Arenas or Raids, you shouldn't be playing the game. I still enjoy playing this game at a top level. I do not enjoy the tedious grinds associated with MMO's at this point, and that is why I use my bots for farming materials for raiding; not for profit or earning something I don't deserve.

And for you mad guys, my bots weren't hit in the banwave, and I run 4-8 on various servers nearly 24/7 farming materials.

I'm assuming since this is a paid service everybody here is an adult, yet some of the comments and the way people type suggests young teens. Or just morons perhaps. No sense at all in what some people say.
 
Bossland feels that arena may be the cause for most of the banwave due to software otherwise they would not have posted it. I feel that bossland is self preserving HB by dropping arena. There is no feeling or emotion in this decision. its simple mathematics, lose arena and continue with HB or keep arena and eventually lose hb altogether. So stop crying about losing your pocket change and start be a little more supportive. I personally do not care about the money I gave to HB. I miss being able to bot while I go to work. I miss coming home to see my camel mount in my bags and I dread having to get my insane title manually. that sucks for me. If you want your money back, then tell wow you want your money back and go back to walmart and ask for your refund on your computer. Asshats
 
All I have to say is "WOW!" at the amount of people on here that state all they used Honorbuddy for was to PvP bot the arenas. Sure gives you an idea of the amount of players that were getting complained to Blizzard about.

We all knew there were loads of AFK BG botters, but I had no idea the amount of Arena botters.

Coz they used Enyo/Enyo with good CC.
p.s. wow, seems, like hb forum corrects Туrаеl into enyo :D
