Hi, Freddy12, and thanks for the log.

You need to move Honorbuddy out of the C:/Users filesystem--this is where Desktop, Documents, etc reside. Some versions of Windoze afford additional protections to certain directories, and this is what you are running into. More info as to why, here.

My suggestion is to move Honorbuddy into C:/Games/Honorbuddy.

If this doesn't get you going, post a fresh log, and let's have another look, please.

Hey, first of all thank you for all your work on these great profiles. I'm reporting a bug in picking up quest in Stonetalon Mountains.

It repeatedly interacts with an NPC without picking up the 3 quests he provides. Heres the log:

added: The profile I'm on is [H - Quest] 12-58 K and EK [Kick].

Had the same problem with the August Celestials Daily today.
It did not fly to the correct place, it just head to Kun Lai und stuck there. I stopped bot then. It was a clean install of HB...

Hi, Backforn,

This is a known problem with the Honorbuddy .520 drop. More info, here. From Hawker's response, obviously HBdev knows of the problem, and is working on it.

You can pick up the quests manually and continue, but you will run into the problem with any Giver that offers more than one quest. Or, you can wait for a new Honorbuddy drop.

The issue is not profile-related, and there's nothing Kick can do about it.

If you could just tell me if its intended to work just loading up a profile for random area, which you have progressed in manually and bot will just pick up where you left off ?
If it doesn't i see no point in providing a log for a problem you cant solve ;)

If it is possible, i'll fire up some botting a provide a log during work tomorrow :)

Its flying directly over him up to the coords i linked then back above him.
I noticed slight lag with Xuen appearing, how often does it refresh mob scan ?
I know of no quest phasing.
So far, he's been in a static location, maybe fly there instead ?
 
In deepholm bot stopped due to not finding a quest giver, however the bot was right on top of the named npc referenced in the profile.

Hi, Lanbo,

The fundamental problem is that Honorbuddy's FlyTo behavior has problems with Pandarens at the moment. And, the FlyTo behavior is what the profile is using to complete the quest Just Passing Through.

Until Honorbuddy fixes the Pandaren-bigotry with the FlyTo behavior, you're going to have to complete this quest manually, then start Honorbuddy again and you should be off-and-away.

Hi, Guest8525,

This is not a profile problem. The profile is issuing the correct directives to Honorbuddy. If you'd like a chance at having this problem fixed for you, you'll need to make your plea in the Support forum, and the HBdev will need to examine your full log--not a fragment.

Hi, Tomten,

All competent profile writers (including Kick) design for their profile's to be stopped, then restarted. They know that while their profile is stopped, the user may do some quests manually, or use another profile writer's wares. As such, when you start the profile, they analyze the state of where you currently are and pickup from there.

In short, it shouldn't matter what you did when the bot was stopped (from that profile's view). The profile will pick up and continue with whatever state exists when the profile is (re)started.

Its happend since I got HB last night, so I guess it cant be my cach etc.

One question though - If my bot runs over night, and this problem appears, will it log off at some point or could I risk it doing the same thing for 6-8 hours?

H, Ranknesso,

Honorbuddy will continue to try to interact with the NPC in perpetuum. Unless you've some kind of plugin install that detects such things and logs out. (I know of none at the moment).

i have completed this quest and the following quest from the same Quest-Giver. Still the same problem. If my toon move, then to this position. X="3626.021" Y="-2715.608" Z="142.1295
