HB ARCHIVES: Honorbuddy Profile Pack--DO NOT DELETE!

I can't find an option to use flight on my Horde characters in the WoD section of the guide.

Is it not developed yet, or did I mess something up?
i just pushed up through arak, i should have nagrand pushed tomorrow.

I've been fixing a lot of the flying issues with Alliance being the guinea pigs for this. Horde is easy to develop, since it's basically all the same profile except for questgiver and questid's. (gorgrond-nagrand)

Update from the svn now to get up through arak. tomorrow sometime to get nagrand.

I am currently in borean tundra, and my bot keeps looking for vindicator yaala even though she has nothing to say or anything. Even if I'm in howling fjord the bot will start looking for vindicator yalaa in borean tundra, instead of picking up and completing howling fjord quests. And it's really fucking annoying. I've used this profile for Mist of pandaria which worked out fine, then I went to northrend and now it keeps flying to vindicator yalaa for no reason what so ever. I'm done with borean tundra and it keeps flying into an inn and goes afk

Problems in Jade Forest with the quests Unreliable Allies, Strongarm Tactics, Choppertunity and Assault on the Airship. My hunter keeps just grinding monsters in the area and opening the Choppertunity quest item cannons but won't loot them at all. Log attached, bot stopped after noticing this problem.

Hey Guys!

I cant find "Questmode" or "Questing" in my Honorbuddy Software. Can you help me with this problem?

@Kickazz006:

Is there an opportunity for me to use ARelog useful?

You can PM me or send me a message to my Adress: "[email protected]".

And yes, i speak german too! ;-)

I have a problem, the bot stands still "No viable mobs in area". I closed HB and restarts, then the problem occurred.

what can I do so that it continues?

best regards

Bot is not switching profiles as it levels up, currently level 75 in Howling Fjord still. Every time I restart it just loads this profile and does all the quests to completion regardless of how low they are.
Make sure that you have "Ignore Checkpoints" unchecked in Honorbuddy's "Settings & Tools" menu.

dreani starting area is glitchy if started after you start first quest it just goes back to beginning starting guy and stands afk "waiting for npc to give quest"

I checked through the profile and didn't notice any out of place code that would cause an error with this - so I may have to assume it's a cache problem.
Try going to both your Honorbuddy and World of Warcraft folders and deleting the "Cache" folder.

In the mean time, I'll send a tester out to the spot to see if I can get the issue to reoccur in case it's not a cache error.

Thanks for the report and log!

Once again, Char is lvl 89 and still questing in Jade Forest. So broke
There aren't any checkpoints in the Pandaria profiles.
Just load the [N - Quest] 89-90 Townlong Steppes [Kick].xml profile directly and you should be fine.

While trying to level my 37 lock its messing up ive tried restarting and everything but its treating my lock as if its level 1 and now its stuck at one NPC as if it has a quest left it there for over 10 mins and wont move away from it.
Could you post a log?

Make sure that you have "Ignore Checkpoints" unchecked in the "Settings & Tools" menu of Honorbuddy.
If it is, then you may need to load the 12-58 profile directly instead of using the Autoloader.

A58-70 (BC) profile - chat run to mage tower and nothing - because portal to BC now inside 2 floor, and not in enter (old place)

also while bot do quest - some time it use Fly mount, some time run by earth... not human-like..
I'll make a note of the portal issue.

Often the bot will switch between flying and ground.
It'll fly while going to a new location, or to pickup quests - however it'll use ground mounts while actually -doing- quests or killing monsters because flying will typically cause errors in the mob grind logics.

Yeah if the bot would for example unequip the weapons and just autoattack on that quest it would be great.

By the way, many Horde leveling profiles in 1-100 feels incomplete or broken compared to Alliance profiles. Yes I know the zones and quests are different, but when I leveled my Alliance rogue to 100 with bot I had to step in ~5 times total while on Horde my rogue is at the moment at 40 and I have to constantly watch and help it. I will provide logs once my Horde rogue reaches 100.

TDLR; Alliance feels 99% afkable, Horde 20%. Still loving Kicks megapack though, giving me time to study while getting alts to max. :)
The only issue with making the bot unequip items is that it could have a lot of technical backfire to it.
Like, the bot could decide to vendor run while the quest is being carried out - then all your gear is sold.
If the quest is skippable, it may be better to just remove it entirely from the profile.

Kick is widely an Alliance player, so no doubt the Alliance gets more attention than Horde. xD
Right now most of our focus is on Draenor stuff, but once things calm down a bit - I'll be cleaning up some of the less privileged profiles.

Hey Kick
Having some issues with killing between hotspots. Despite checking it off in settings multiple times it keeps occurring. I clear cache/settings and it still occurs. I stop bot check that its off and its off and it still occurs. Not blaming you or anything but to give you an example, it has taken about 12 hours to level from 40-50 because it kept killing mobs on pathways and me having to check the bot, restart etc. Normally runs very smooth. Anyway I have attached a log here. Thank you for all your hard work. View attachment 190685View attachment 190686
Hm, it may be hard to trace down exactly what's happening.
Anytime the bot is going to pickup or turnin a quest, moving to a location, or carrying out a number of other things - ignore killing between hotspots will be ignored.

The only time it won't be ignored is if the bot is using a logic in which Hotspots are used - and the logic is setup so that the detection distance between the hotspot radius is small enough to where there's a dead-zone.
Which then the 'ignore killing between hotspots' will be active for the dead-zones between the hotspot radiuses.

I noticed your bot is also harvesting herbs, which it should fight mobs between harvests as well.
You could try turning that off to see if it helps.

Another option would be trying to turn down your "Mount Distance" - which the setting for this is located in your "Settings & Tools" menu.
Usually while the bot is mounted, it won't bother with fighting mobs.
