Can i disable Kick profile to change my HS place? (Moving to set hearth to SW Innkeeper).
I just make my HS to Shrine cos there are all portals its good for my low lwl char. and when i start profile for leveling he go to change my HS place.

I just try to edit and change GossipOptions="1" to GossipOptions="0"
and i think its OK now maybe is not good but it works

Many of us are not happy when profiles make decisions about things like the Hearthstone bind location. However, we're stuck with Kick's original design in order for things to work.

You are welcome to modify the profiles, of course. But, we cannot provide assistance for modified profiles.

Hey guys,

Lately i've been going to use kicks to quest with but when i go to load a profile it comes up with some sort of error code and locks up and would let me do anything.

Ive attached the log file is there anyway around this.

Anyone had issues with it spamming/targetting the npc over and over. either to hand in the quest or pick up ?

if i right click the npc, it will auto hand in and pick up like normal though.

Anyone still not had this ?
Im still getting this issue, just afk's spamming npc until i intervene

Haven't seen this error, but its not profile-related. A couple of guesses:

• Your caches are corrupted.

• You're running another program that is interfering with Honorbuddy

Leveling worgen with [A - Quest] 1-12 Auto-Loader [Kick]

Yes, we know "By Blood and Ash" is a problematic quest. The problem is caused by a number of things outside of control of the profile:

• Honorbuddy and Combat Routines have difficulty handling the mob density in this area
  This makes it difficult to find decent rez areas.
  
  
• Honorbuddy and Combat Routines do not do a good job of battlefield positioning in this area
  Unlike Dungeonbuddy, the questing bot doesn't have capability of pulling a mob to a particular position to safely do battle.
  
  
• Some classes fare better than others in this area
  (Goes to a class' "squishie-ness".)

The normal technique for these types of areas is to skip the quests in them. However, we cannot do this for the Worgen starting area. Completing these quests is essential to moving on.

For now, this is a situation that will need to be monitored by a human.

Could you perhaps add the set hearthstone to stormwind in the worgen profile Because when I finish the chain quest line, I am already level 17 (RAF), thus skipping the [A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick] hearthstone checkpoint.

Hi!
In Hellfire Pen(alliance) the character fly out to the island(the island almost at the gate) to pick up quests. He flys out using flymaster, he arrives at the island and ground mounts up.
He dont take the quest that are on the island, he just stand at the end and "waiting for taxi" that dont exist. I restart the bot, and he mounts up(flying), fly back to HH and use flymaster to get back to the island.
I tryed deleting all the quest in the log except "Missing Missive" and " the longbeards" because they was completed.
Then I started the bot agan and he flyes to other areas take up quests and fly to the island agan doing the same thing and just stand there.

I did manualy take the quest now, and fly to the area hes suppost to start questing, he dont start that quest he just start another quest insted. On the quest helper, the area for Return on the abyssal is on the island and not at the area where the creeps are.
I attached my log file, its alot of start/stop because I tryed to fix the problem. But at the end of the logs it should show the flymount>hh>flymaster>island(waiting for taxi).

We've double-checked the profile, and it is issuing the correct directives. The problem seems to be in HBcore, and we've opened HB-1053 ("Honorbuddy confused about quest giver presence") against the issue.

For now, please do the quest manually.

Heya folks,
Currently using 1-58 (H) profile. Lvl 51 Druid, stuck at Sherm (Marshall Expditions Recruiter). Toon wouldnt pick up the quest, it just sat there opening and closing the dialogue.
Accepted quest, it then sits in front of him.
Complete quest (goto Tanaris to talk to the Ring Fight Organizer) it still flies back and sits in front of this guy.

Stuck on this.

Wanted to say this kicks ass! 1st time useing a bot in wow and boy i have been missing a lot! nice to come back and not have to grind for gold i can just play the way i want to and not worry about money! the leveling is grate 1-20 in no time i just sit and watch it go! TWO BIG THUMBS UP FOR A VANILLA WOW PLAYER

Hi, after some afk time, i treid hb again and have to following problem:
I installed a fresh hb instance, and all working/loading fine.
I did an update on the svn with teh profiles for lvlling -> selected Question as base and selected teh 1-12 Ally (i am human lvl1) starter profile.
Now it stuck(tried several times) at :
[Profile Message]: Compiling Northshire Abbey Quests

i keep it open for ~ 20min and restertet several times but it alwas stuck there and enver move. : /

What do i do wrong? i have nothin else instaleld. Only hb + the lvl profiles. (no ingame addon nothin everythink is fresh)

in the profile folder there is also a folder for WoD. Are there profiles for the Beta of WoD? Because that would be great if the bot would work in the beta. Or are there profiles for the time when the game is released final?

Kick is very busy getting a head start on the expansion. The profiles will not work with the current version of Honorbuddy. They will be useful only after we release a WoD-capable Honorbuddy publicly.

I have another question. There is a Plugin "DrinkPotions". I think it belongs to the questing profile because autor is kickazz006. It works great but with one error. I level a hunter and the addon tries to drink a mana potion which doesn't work with an hunter.
Is there a way to fix this? Because otherwise i have to disable the plugin which would be said because the plugin is great because it uses the health poisons.

This is not a profile issue, and should have been reported to the [post=727256]Honorbuddy Bug Reports thread[/post].

But this time...
we've opened bug report HB-1054 ("DrinkPotions: Uses mana potions on hunter (and other non-mana-using classes)") against the issue. A quick look through the code suggests that non-mana users will consume all mana potions in their inventory until they're gone. This has been a problem for a very long time—nice catch!

I set my character to start questing in Northrend, the bot compiles the quests in Borean Tundra and then flew all the way to Howling Fjord and then started grinding mobs on one of the islands out there.

Quests: Cutting Losses & A Few Good Goblins

The bot picks up Cutting Losses, and starts killing the bugs and killing the cocoons to free the goblins. The bot does not pick up A Few Good Goblins until after completing Cutting Losses. This is the second toon I've noticed this on. It would be better to pick up both quests at the same time, since while freeing the goblins you will have to kill the bugs.

I have been having problems the past few days with getting the questing bot to work. It just keep running to a point and trying to pick up a quest that I haven't gotten that far in the chain. Here is a few logs attached. Thanks!

Trying to run BC profile, my log wont attach because its 10mb long. I have things similar to this in every "quest behavior" folder file.

Having an issue with the profile [Fly][H - Quest] LK 68-80 [Kick]

I launched this in org, and randomly it takes me out below Taunka'le Village and starts killing murlocs, completely ignoring all the quests in Warsong Hold (doesn't pick any up or try to). How do I fix this? I've tried picking all the quests up, doing them and it persists on taking me out to the middle of nowhere farming murlocs.

*BUG* Hi there - I just wanted to report that the NPC J.D. Collie in Un'Goro crater who is critical for quests such as "The Eastern Pylon" for Horde, is and has been bugged for several years making quest turn in nearly impossible. Blizzard has known about this bug since at least 2012 and has still not done anything to fix it. I would highly suggest removing any quests that require J.D. Collie. As of right now, on my server, there are at least 3 characters including my own that have been standing at this NPC location for 30-45 minutes. It is very obvious who is botting in this situation. At no point will the NPC begin to work - making the character stuck forever.

I don't know any way to work around this to continue the bot - if I abandon the quest my character just tried to complete it again with the same result. I would definitely suggest removing any and all quests that involve this NPC.
