I am a really big fan of your work, but i tryed to download your profile to day and it now ask for a username and pass. I have tryed to use the ones i use here,
But its not the right one.

What am i doing worng here?

I just deleted and used the new SVN Trunk and keep getting this

**UPDATE**

Just noticed that it's looking in Honorbuddy\Cache\ for the profiles, this is new - it usually just logged in the local folder for the quest profs.

any way, i moved all the profs to honorbuddy\cache and it works fine

Hi kick,

I encountered another problem. It tries to fetch a quest from: Trapper Mau'j in Dragonblight. Problem is there is no quest.

Also, is the sleeping dragon egg quest solved kick? The one I posted earlier? Where the dragon goes to sleep, and then the bot should steal the eggs of the dragon, but it doesn't?

EDIT: I'm retarded, and forgot to update the SVN. It was fixed in the update. However, is the dragon egg quest fixed? I thought it was in blasted lands, though im not sure.

EDIT 2: He's back again at the same spot, trying to get the quest from the same Trapper Mau'j. Thought it was fixed, but it isn't. Check 2nd log.

Great profiles, and thanks to your help I have managed to change the profile so it doesnt sell the stuff I dont want it to!
So, I'm back for help again if you dont mind. How do I stop the profile from changing the gear its wearing? I supervise the bot and I want to chose what it wears - not the bot. I have unchecked the "auto-equip" option in "settings and tools" but it still does it. Its driving me mad as anytime I have other kit in my bags its changing to it - and it's not even doing it smartly! It's swapping level 40+ gear that I've put on the toon for crappy level 20 stuff!! PLEASE please please tell me what to look for in the profile so I can stop it!

- open any of the Kick's profiles
- search for

- change true -> false

Quest: The Arcanic Oubliette http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30274 in Krasarang Wilds (MoP 87-88 profile) doesn't work, character can't click on shackles to destroy them so he runs through shield and it teleports him to the starting point again and again. I was stucked here with several characters during past 3 months and had to make it manually everytime.

Level 67 B-Elf Hunter

Did all the quests in Nagrand, now it just runs back and forth along the southern road by the lake south of Sunspring Post. Just keeps going back and forth. I tried manually moving him to Shadowmoon Village but he didn't pick up any quests. Just flew back to Nagrand and resumed running back and forth. Hearthstoned to Ogrimmar. Same thing. Ported to the portal, once inside Cata, flew back to Nagrand and started running back and forth again. I'll take this as my cue to start playing him myself and grind out a few levels.

Thanks for the reply. Unchecking the "auto-equip" definitely does not work. So I opened the profile and searched for all mentions of "auto-equip" and changed all of them to "false" and this seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you

(Now I just have to remember to do the same to the other profiles! Lol!)

I've been running the profile for Horde ([H - Quest] 12-58 K-EK [Kick]) and all was running fine, until toon got to Karnum's Glade (at lvl 35) and now it keeps saying "I don't want to move <0, 0, 0>" - I've tried running about a bit and restarting the bot in various places, but it keeps stopping with the same message. I've attached the log from when it happened (I stopped the bot and tried restarting it but kept getting the same issue).

Ah, thank you - that link is very helpful. I should be able to fix my selling issue now
Is there a particular reason that the profiles skip quests? I've noticed it a few times now - it'll enter an area with a bunch of quest-givers, but only take some of them and ignore others. At first I thought it would go back to them, but when it didn't I wasnt sure if this was a bug or whether it is intentional behaviour.

Hi, Karen1nicola,

Without knowing the specifics (and seeing the log) its hard to say. It could be that the quests were skipped because they were complex, and there was no quest behavior that extended the bot capabilities appropriately. It could be the quest were dailies and not covered by the profile. If you stop/started Honorbuddy, it might've skipped ahead to the next level checkpoint (effectively abandoning the rest of the quests at the hub). It could be a simple oversight.

We need details and the full log the next time you see this happen, please.

As stated in [post=1259749]Obtaining a Copy of the Profiles[/post], the profiles should sit outside the Honorbuddy directory tree. Honorbuddy's Cache/ directory is a very bad place for them. If you need further assistance, we'll need to see the full log of the problem so we can analyze the issue.
