You can also try to make a new clean install of HB (without copying anything from the old) and re-download kicks profile.
 
Okay running this profile i keep running into this issue in the MOP profiles on a hunter
[Singular] Casting Dismiss Pet on Me @ 95.3%
[Singular] Casting Revive Pet on Me @ 97.3%
[Singular] Casting Call Pet 1 on Me @ 99.3%
[Singular] Casting Revive Pet on Me @ 100.0%
[Singular] Casting Call Pet 1 on Me @ 100.0%
[Singular] Casting Revive Pet on Me @ 100.0%
[Singular] Casting Call Pet 1 on Me @ 100.0%
[Singular] Casting Revive Pet on Me @ 100.0%

Just keeps doing that over an over again , not in combat or anything, so i stopped bot an manually leveled an loaded for the next zone , an it worked fine for about 30 mins and that started doing it all over again

Doesn't look related to the profile, you should most likely post that over in the Singular support thread, you need to supply logfiles however, according to the post by bobby here:

I don't understand this. I'll run my bot for sometimes an hour, sometimes a few hours.
And all of a sudden, it makes my WoW freeze and crash after running for 5 minutes.
Anyone else have this error?

Dont copy any old Settings Folders from an old HB installation into a new fresh HB Folder. Or maybe, look if Framelock is enabled under "Settings & Tools", disable it and try again.

Profile Problem "Hyjal"

Hello everybody,

first of all i'm sorry for my english.

Problem:
I botted my Rogue to Lvl 81 a couple of months ago. Everything worked fine.
After a short WoW-break ... in the past one-two weeks i botted my warlock from 40-90, without any problem.

After that I started the bot with the 80-82 Hyjal Profile (latest version) to lvl my rogue again.
But everytime i start the bot my character stops at the "Shrine of Aviana".
I think he wants to use the "Sacred Nectar" at the shrine to summon Aviana.
The Problem is that i already finished the whole questline.
I wasn't sure about it so i did the quests "Choluna" offered me, on my own.
I did "A Prayer and a Wing" but the bot still stands near the shrine and do nothing.

My computer runs this no issues for about an hour or so then stops. And if im not sitting there i have to log back into hb and start this again and it just continues as if nothing happened. Is there any way for it to do that automaticly so i dont have to keep doing this all the time.

It looks like another player gossiped with Harrison Jones and triggered the event before you arrived. In v3130, we've added a guard to accommodate this situation.

Anytime you ask for help, you should attach the full log that captures the issue.

However, from your problem description alone, I'm going to guess that you are suffering from cache corruption. This article should help you sort the problem:

If that doesn't solve your problem, we're really going to need to see the full log.

Toon doing this Quest very well, kill all needed Mobs. But Toon doesnt do the Part "Dragonmaw Civilian armed". All my other toons just armed 1 or at least 2 of this Civil NPCs
but this Toon doesnt do any of them and try to turn in the Quest.

Hi, Tumbum, and thanks for the log and screenshot.

It appears that the quest mobs offer two sets of gossip options. One set, offers a single option (1), and the other set offers a two-page gossip (1,2). InteractWith was terminating when it encountered a mob that only offered the first page gossip options.

In v3132, we placed the InteractWith in a While loop to accommodate this situation. It's a bit clumsy, but should solve the problem.

Windroc Mastery, clefhood mastery in outland nagrand, the bot fly in circles and nothing more, only ignore the boss's, i thing fly very hight and cant create path to the boss. i do the quest manually....
 
Always stuck at firelord quest in Hyjal

The bot always gets stuck and swims around in the lava during the firelord quest in Hyjal where you have to fight Ragnaros with Cenarius. This happened over a few characters, finally decided to report it. I am 100% sure many others have been stuck here before as I have seen 1 or 2 other bots stuck with me.
