I made some modifications too while waiting for the official release.
It should use the correct and available baits depending on the zone and the new ephemeral fishing pole.
The bait for ocean fish is only used in Ashran.

hey deams, i downloaded your zip and started it up. For some reason my fisher still doesn't apply any baits, any instructions for this?
 
Ok i know why its doing it now, on my character without the hat it is using the Worm Supreme but on the character with the hat it is trying to "use" the hat to apply a lure, when there is not one to use. any chnace of a fix ? :)

Here you go!
Fixed the lure problem with the hat. And added the support for all zones except horde or alliance garrisons.

hello, what do I do exactly to install this, I need a step by step, I am a beginner, I downloaded it, and followed the video for SVN, what do I do now, I have the folder in my downloads page, do I put it somewhere?
 
Hey, Deams. This sounds fantastic! can't wait to use it. Does it recognize when you are on the coast, and use a sea scorpion lure?
 
Not sure what i'm doing wrong, i've used this in the past. I have it installed, and it shows up on my bot list, but I press start and she wont start fishing or do anything-.-

where and what have you tryed it? and which version 19.10 (svn first page) or dreams (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honor...nary-fishing-bot-post1728913.html#post1728913)

also make sure that pooling fishing is disabled when your just standing on one place without pools.

edit:
just tryed svn 19.10 didn´t worked for me (hb freeze), dreams .zip woring fine on my char 200/700 (singular - haven´t tryed tuans or others jet) and is even working in garnison

Nah, not yet. Was too much to do in so little time. So I decided to add the see scorpion lure for the capital cities only.
Otherwise there's a few bugs on the different hats... but it's good enough to fish for now and to wait for an official release.
Would be stupid for me to code everything when the devs are already doing so.
 
isnt it a requirement to include a zip?

in case im incorrect and the information i came across was outdated, would anyone be so kind as to post one up for me?

I was waiting for an official release, but seems they need a bit more time so I'll add the garrison random bait feature and the specific bait feature this afternoon.
