HB ARCHIVES: FishingBuddy--DO NOT DELETE

i got a problem , since ive updated my HB i cant find Autoangler Bot....
ive delete it and make it again , but doesnt work, what i should do?
 
Hello,

Auto Angler 2 don´t work. I installed the AA2 like this Guide from the Forum.
I started Honorbuddy but the AA2 don´t apear in the Bot List.
I´ve tried a reinstall other SVN´s and changing the Foldernames.

Just a reminder before you post...
AutoAngler2 no longer auto-updates. You will need to update manually.

This was done in preparation to move AutoAngler2 to the Buddy Store. But, due to priorities this has not been completed yet.

I just have question to this bot: i startet a profile, he starts fishing, but even when fishs bite he don´t take them. just repeating to fish.. Do you have an idea why?
 
I'm fishing with Walter Walking = True. It is using the Anglers Fishing Raft for that.
When I mount the buff from the raft disappears, but the bot still thinks it has the buff and at the next pool it keeps on jumping for 17 seconds until it blacklists the pool.
Strange thing is instead of going to another pool it then uses the fishing raft.

See the attached log at the places like:

Thank you for the crisp description, and the log. We've opened HB-1454 ("AutoAngler2: Blacklisting pools due to perceived buff presence") against this issue.

Will there be an update including the auto application of baits in certain areas? Will make it really profitable as it wont need to fish from schools :)

Are you certain? When I try to use the blank profile just to level fishing in my garrison, for example, or on a coast in Shadowmoon, it seems to have issues registering and just sort of shuts itself off.

Changing current profile to Empty Profile

Just stands there, afterwards. I'm pretty new, so if you know of something I'm doing wrong I'd appreciate the advice. For the record, I did disable them all, and it didn't fix anything.

Seems to work for a while but getting lots of wow plugin errors even tho i dont have any installed, guessing its botbase is throwing lua errors.
Might work but might also not be safe to use.
 
Could you add support for Hightfish Cap maybe?
It's a hat that's fished and gives +100 fishing when equipped, but it has a limited duration of 7 days.

Ideally, it would work with Nat's Hat in that the the Hightfish Cap is equipped, but the buff from Nat's Hat is still used (Nat's Hat support already works with AutoAngler).

This is easy enough to do yourself. Just go into Bots/Autoangler/Coroutines.Lure and find where the list of lures in and copy/paste "Extraordinärer Wurm" Entry="118391" into the list.

That one was easy enough but I'm trying to figure out how to use the various fish baits introduced in this expansion such as Blackwater Whiptail Bait. Since I know nothing about coding, I just replaced all the entries dealing with Ancient Pandaren Fishing Charm (since I don't have it) with BlackwaterWhiptailBait and the corresponding item/aura codes. It worked great the first time, I start the bot and it equips my fishing rod, attaches a lure, then puts on the bait. The problem is, when the bait runs out after 5 min, even though i have more in my bag, it doesn't put a new one on. Anybody have any ideas?
