[Guide] Everything about Season 3 Monk Botting from T6-GR51+

Holy shit!
And I thought the normal Trinity has the best Monk combat. I was so wrong! :o
Thanks for this one, works flawlessly! Dashing strike always on, that's just insane!

It's good init, but don't thank me the original coding was by Fujiyama and then Artega implimented it into 2.9.1! I just sorted the OOC dashing lols. :)

Thanks for the guide mate. :)

Try using this build Fluffy Flying Flaming Fire Fists - GR59+ - Monk - Diablo III Builds - Diablo Fans with your settings and see what happend XD
DEMON DESTRUCTION ^^

I have been testing it and oh my god the dashing is so freaking funny hahaha. Currently farming some better gear for it, missing phys resist on quite a few pieces and annoyingly I rolled a good Cold% Hellfire the other day but looks like I'll need a Fire% one :P

Might actually give a higher GR a go with that build see if it's an improvement as I've not tested it with the Trinity fixes yet :)

EDIT: Oh by the way if you are using that build, try using this MonkCombat.cs instead of the one in the first post. I halved the wait times on dashes so that it does it about 8-10 times a second lollerpops :p

So I am running grift speed runs 35s which seems to be the 'max' I really want to speed run on my bard, If I run into voracity i die if unlucky sometimes, but for the most case runs are about 3 minutes which are considerably slower then I thought but still quick enough. I don't see how to bot higher with in-geom/envious blade cold DS build without changing some stuff out. I have pretty much full ancient raiment, gloves aren't super but they have crit vita and CDR dex on them. I have nearly 65% CDR. I just had a nice ancient FD drop, I saved a cindercoat because of all this talk about fire build. I seem to lack the damage on grift 35s, it takes 3 DS usually to kill elite packs, i crit for about 700m max.

Don't focus too much on damage, of course it's important but you would probably do GR39 in almost the same speed as GR35, at least mine stays the same speed till around 45 except for the boss killspeed? Which is when I change In-Geom out anyway.

Dear Beardi,
Thanks for your share. I am a little bit confused. Now I installed DB407 with Trinity 2.9.1. Do I still need to replace normal Trinity to Fuji's fork? What's the difference between them?

Regards,

Btw, I am using the normal Trinity 2.9.1, and can clear GR45 in 10 minutes.

Regards,

Yeah, in your DB folder delete the CompiledAssemblies folder, in plugins delete Trinity and then extract Fuji's into Plugins.

Fuji's has massive improvements for Dash Combat compared to 2.9.1 so you should see a noticeable increase in clear speeds (I usually clear GR48 in under 10 minutes) :)

EDIT: Uploaded Jawbreaker fix.

Can you please tell me which single file you have changed for Jawbreaker fix?

Update, this combat routine is really better than the normal Trinity. Now it clear GR46 in 7-9 minutes while took 10 minutes with normal Trinity 2.9.1.

Good times, let me know if there are any improvements you can see that need to be made and I'll add in a separate dash logic for FD in a few days once my finals are over :)

Thx for keeping the fork available. My monk was blowing charges and was not worth botting without the dashing strike fix in the fork.

I just want to say thanks again. Right now I'm able to do up to GR45. Still need to get better weapons and since I'm not playing Season, no chance for Spirit Guards which seem to help a lot.

@Beardi For trinity 2.10.

I just did the same port over so nothing you added or changed is inside.

View attachment Trinity 2.10 fuji dashing.zip

btw I spend quite some time on dashing strike charges thing. It just seems to be not updated frequently enough. I simplified the logic and added some delays. Didn't extensively test it but so far so good on my side.

testing it, looks fine, but doesnt spam inner sanctuary

Been looking at the behaviour, seems it only spams at elites

First of all, thanks for this guide! Awesome!

I got some issues though. The bot is skipping almost dead elites alot. He fights some pack with an elite and occasionally jumps so far away that he doesnt go back to kill the elite, even if it has only very little hp left. Same thing with the purple orbs. They get skipped a lot as well, which isnt that big of a problem though.

Happens with me too, but until 48-49 it doesnt make a lot of difference for me, when pushing i need to manualy intervene to be able to complete rift in time or just kill the last elite

No problem at all! I've not tested it but change the spirit generator to Crippling Wave - Tsunami and wear Ancient Parthan Defenders. That should get you enough survivability to get to a higher GR :)

Thanks for the port again, added in my tweaks for Inner Sanctuary and Jawbreaker Logic (due to a request) and also modified the OOC to keep 1 Charge at all times.

Been testing it and it seems OK, not sure if it's an improvement on 2.9.1 though.

Fixed Inner Sanctuary and a few other things so re-install from main post.

No worries :) Yeah I've had issues with this too, only way to improve it is is to reduce combat trigger ranges and set "Always kill elites below %HP" to a high value. It is irritating because either you'd want it to skip elites entirely or kill them consistently. Spending half the time to kill them and then leaving them is a waste :(

Will look into it on Thursday, but I have a feeling without a re-code I wont have any success due to the way that it selects targets to dash too.

Actually I fixed the OOC issue in my port. I just didn't do it the same way as you did.

>0 or >= 1 won't change anything. You can look at the method GetSkill(SNOPower power) in Cache.Hotbar.cs. I have some commented code there I used to debug. You can see the charges updating correct but the times you see the other log statements they are made before the cast hence its always 2.

Actually in my old port there was issues where the charges go down to zero. I manage to minimize the issue in the correct port with a workaround.
