All missions sorted by Reward Type and quality, this mean that does not matter witch level exactly missions is (but for real its matches), GarrisonBoss will do first missions with more Reward Quantity (for chosen type) then less etc.
To Do Missions With Garrison Reward Type First, You should set for this type of Mission Max Priority (100) and make sure, other type have less priority points -> So GarrisonBoss will try to start First Missions with Garrison Resources.
Chance of success (minimum with witch GarrisonBoss will start Mission) you set for each Type of Mission (Right Column). By Default all types have minimum 100% chance of Success and Follower EXP Missions 70%.

Все миссии сортируются по типу награды и его количеству, это означает, что на самом деле не важно, какой уровень мисии (в конечно итоге чем выше уровень миссии, тем больше количество наград, т.е. в нашем случае награда достаточный для оценки параметр), GarrisonBoss сначала сделает миссии (В рамках миссий одного типа) с бОльшим количеством награды, потом уже с меньшим и т.п.
Типы же миссий Вы указываете устанавливая приоритет - если Вы хотите, чтобы сначала выполнялись миссии с Ресурсами Гарнизона - ставьте для них приоритет 100 (по умолчанию 70, если не ошибаюсь).
Шанс успеха вы также устанавливаете на тип миссий - по умолчанию стоит 100 на все типы, кроме уровень соратника (для него стоит 70).

I am having a similar issue, I start the bot, hit start it loads up pops open the garrison report window then the bot stops, i tried hitting start again and it just does nothing and immediately stops. I am using the paid version of GarrisonBoss.

new 6.1 build testing now, problem all you have, that i use DB from HB, which is not updated by HB Team yet, and cause those problems.
In new build i wont use it, so we wouldn't dependent on it :)

First paid botbase I have and it's great. Thanks for bring us such an amazing bot and the continuous update. If you need Chinese translations for your botbase, I'm willing to help. :)

Barn is testing now (all done, test phase), will be available as release soon :o
There supported all starting with: Barn quests for each lvl, ending Farming Crates for Barn (Hunting mobs), and setting / getting orders
 
Does GarrisonBoss switches automatically between alts, or thats something to do manually?
Sorry if that a trival question, quite new in this industry!
