From log i can see it failed to read mounts list from wow.

Try to fill in GarrisonBoss.confix.xml

  <MountName></MountName>

With name for mount, from WoW or HB Settings -> Mount (name should written 100% same like there)

I tried your solution but didn't succeed.

Finaly I have deleted HB and made a clean installation, it's working now!
