My spec auto change from "Gladiator Stance" to "Defencive stanve" i use protection warrior, how do i fix it Please help.

Did you disable the "def stance if no enemy within 10 yards" option already?

Also what is the default "Defstance HB" And "BattleStance HB" number?, I Changed the numbers and can res to default settings

I dont know if its the new update or the CR but the routine works. But interrupts and spell reflects sometimes work and sometimes dont. Spell reflect may work and then not work randomly.

Suggestion:
Stop using Whirlwind while specced into Slam and AOE mode is enabled, regardless of targets around you...
Another suggestion..... if force defstance is toggled.... sync csmash/sweeping strikes with taunt on target, so you wont switch to b-stance for a short time and get stunned... this would be a very useful addition cokx

having troubles since ive downloaded and go trial on more routines, is it that a possible link to my fps drop? im reading that i can also try to disable framelock, is this good? and how can i disable it? thy !

There haven't been any changes this recent to the CR so if anything I assume it's the 6.1 patch/honorbuddy.

I strongly advise against disabling framelock since it will decrease the performance significantly

What is enough rage in this case? Is it above the rage dump value?
If not then he is still pooling rage for a small burst phase

then it is wrong rotation ... MS and CS must use them to cd and WW or Slam that should not be used if it is under the rage pool set

Yeah it is >40 and my rage dump is set to 40 rage. The even worst part about it is that if MS comes off cd 1 second before CS it will use MS instantly and then will wait for a whole 5 seconds in order to use CS wth!!! This means it will loose out on several possible CS. You mos def need to change this for MAX damages imho. If you are at 9% haste you can fit 2x MS in 1x CS debuff so it shouldn't wait with CS for MS to come off CD but it should wait for MS for 1-2 seconds than CS and then use 2x MS during debuff. Can you please change this somehow since it really hurts my need for deeps ! I mean the rotation does well but it could do better. Please correct me if I'm wrong!
On top of that i noticed that Mass Spell Reflect and Spell reflect is not working in most of the cases. It never Mass Reflects Traps even if they are max range traps and a lot of times I get Cycloned without the CR even trying to reflect it. All this aside the routine works pretty nice for me. Damage is still really good. Most features work as they should.

Actually the routine gets constantly outdamaged by other Warriors by alot. Will there be a fix to the DPS settings?
