Gladiator Suite - Hunter

I've only played SV with this CR and its been amazing. With the changes coming in 6.1 i figured it was time to look at what it can do as BM. I'm fairly impressed numbers wise, much higher then i would of expected. One thing i can't figure out is how to make the bot line up BW AMOC and pvp trinket (and also obviously in the right order to have AMOC benefit from BW). Thanks for the hard work you guys have put into what is IMO the best CR on HB. Currently 2351 rated :)


I would think it would be ideal to couple BW with on use trinket, and then from the checklist it would decide when to use it. For example i have mine setup to use "burst" once my on use trinket procs. In theory it should look something like proc trinket up->on use trinket used->BW used->AMOC used-> normal dps rountine.

Been testing the spirit mend out and it doesn't seem to work correctly. I've tried it at 85% then 15% its only been used once.

The BW AMOC thing should be almost fixed with the latest update.
AMOC itself has the least priority for burst and everytime I'm testing it its fine,
but some of our beta testers also told us that it gets mixed up sometimes.
Anyway we will take a deeper look into it and try to replicate the issue and fix it with the next update.


Whats your Spirit Mend settings?
Its working fine for me.
Maybe there are different Spirit Mend spellids?

My id is 90361 for spirit mend. I have it set to 85% and it never goes off.

Ok I've found the issue .. lol

[Me] isnt working atm but if you activate [Any] it should work.

It will be fixed with the next update

I wanted to do a damage check and see how others compare in terms of constant single target dps output. Here are my specs below. Again, I'm not trying to go super mathematical here, but wanted to spot check outbound damage and also give others a comparison as I know there are readers out there that are wondering the same thing:

15-min Duration on single target lvl 103 target dummy: average 22,000 DPS
Race: Goblin(no double dps trinkets)
Gear: Full conq w/blue con trinkets
Spec: Survival w/Glaive Toss, ToTH, AMOC

How many Ticks Per Second are you using with enyo? and is it the pvp dummy in your glad sanctum so your I level raises or are you around 650 ilvl when attacking the dummy?

My numbers ilvl are:
Race: Human
Gear: Full Conq (660)
Spec: Survival w/Glaive Toss, ToTH, AMOC
Enyo: 30 TPS

lvl 102 dummy in stormshield: 17k Dps
lvl 100 dummy in garrison glad sanctum: 22k Dps < when attacking glad sactum dummy hp rose from 248k to 311k hp, im guessing gear changed to ilvl 690 as it does in arena.

If you are actually doing 22k dps as goblin on a 103 dummy without your ilvl going up to 690ish that would make me very confused.
 
Yep. You're exactly right. Sorry I didn't specify the dummy type. This is in my sanctum so ilvl increased to 657 and dummy was actually level 100. Also, I am using 15tps on Enyo; as is recommended for Gladiator Suite. Why are you doing 30?

So it sounds like if you're full geared, ~22k is what you should be expecting with bot configured properly.
 
what bot base do you guys recommend and its 766 safe to use now?


Also, on second thought, what does everyone use for plugins and settings, i havnt used honor buddy since cata.

the trapshit is so godlike on this cr, ty, i hope you update nxt week fix for 6.1 powershot in the rout.

PROBLEM: I cant cast Snake Trap in Arena "cast is not ready" ( Frost Trap work fine ), i think the damage routine block it ( no /stopcasting??? ) *play german client*

pls fix it =)
 
@Lekken, I believe if you manually /cast trap launcher and then /cast Snake Trap in the pre-game arena lobby before the match starts, it should fix the issue of snake trap not working. Try that and let me know.

There is actually a Blizzard bug that prevents snake trap from working sometimes.
Like hbgrimbull said, cancelling trap launcher once should usually fix it
 
when 6.1 goes live on tuesday will this be down for a while? or have you guys already started the new version via PTR?

There shouldn't be much downtime. It mostly depends on how fast the new hb version comes out
 
Hey,

just as a side note - would it be possible to separate mouse over explosive trap from mouse over and focus - i always have a focus and i sometimes want to use explosive trap situational only over my mouseover - is that possible?
