I think this routine is not designed with afk or semi-afk modes. It is designed for players having control of their movement and some abilities.
DK 2.7 has been submitted and is waiting for approval
Changelog:
- Honorbuddy will now reload itself if you change spec
- Honorbuddy will now open the Custom Class Window when you switch your class while HB is running
- Added Toggle to switch Interrupts between Any unit or Focus+Target
- Added functionality to clear hard focus by focusing the player
- Added Ice Nova to the DRTracker
- Added option to disable Death Grip interrupt
- Removed auto use 2nd Death Grip option
- Changed COI target default distance value from 6 to 5
- Fixed some discriptions
- Fixed Glyph of Outbreak
- Added option to select which presence to use as offensive regardless of spec

I think there is a tickbox in the first page, which you can untick.
Like 17N already said there is a check box for target. I noticed recently that we forgot to link it to the actual option making it useless atm.
This will be fixed in the next update but in the meantime you can disable it by setting the distance to something out of range like 50

is it me or does Plague Leach talent not function properly? seems to hold the too long before using it?
It's an extremely good routine. My main problems with it and why i would prefer tuanhas over are two:
1) I want more options as if when to use automatic cooldowns as in: Pillar of frost, Dark transformation, Gargoyle etc. There should add an option to use it on cooldown (in combat) (or never in case of Gargoyle). Also when I choose the option "on trinket proc" sometimes it uses the coodldowns but sometimes it doesn't and I don't know why.
2) Breath of sindragosa only works well with prepare burst button. But prepare burst burns all your cooldowns at the same time. So if you want to start with pillar of frost and save runic power for bos - you can't do that. Tuanhas BOS works like a charm.
Apart from these two details, this routine, Gladiator's, has much better PVP options than tuanhas.
Also this is my personal opinion. I might be using the routine wrong.
code re-usability is not a bad thing. it is actually advised.
Should usually work better with higher TPS but it is tested with 15
