do you think I should just try to logon and play with my actual ip address then?

Can you change this ip? Change MAC address and reconnect to your provider - get new IP from provider, and try with this new "legit" ip

and prior to this message, when i was able to log in it would say the gamemaster disconnected message, but now i am not able to log in to any account it doesnt seem from archebuddy updater.exe, i get authentication failed

You get permaban by IP? Try change IP and change MAC address in your network card.

just changed mac address, shut off my v-p-n, and will make a new account to try. I'm too worried about logging that other account with my ip.

so far it looks like Out might be correct in thinking Trion is starting to block all of the p.roxy/v-p-n ip addresses that were caught botting/spamming.

I am currently running the quest script with no issues so far. I'll report back if anything happens

One thing Ive noticed about Trion is they are huge, personal D*cks. They take everything personally and have horrible customer service skills. So if they ban, they are kind of like the cops in America, terrorizing and abusing power, just these Game Masters are doing it in the game...

Question for Orlok and the others, did the ban notification email specifically state 3rd party program use? Macro use? etc?

Yes the ban was due to 3rd party use.

All I was doing was AFK. I have not been banned using any plug-in as of yet.
 
lol no doubt people get banned you can tell who bots just by watching them

I didnt, it just got banned. Got "Disconnected by GM" messages a few times, then like 10-15 mins later it got banned.
No email, but I sent a Ban Appeal asking why my Account got banned.

Where is the ban appeal form?

I figured out it has to be something do to multiple accounts running on same computer.

Tried today on a fresh IP address and had one account running for 10+ hours no problem. Started running a second and within 10 minutes both were banned.
 
So I suppose ArcheBuddy will need a system that'll emulate a new, fresh session for each updater.exe instance, with virtual IP and HWIDs.
 
I'm not a coder so I don't know, but the Bot is somehow being detected. This has to be prevented.
