more or less. I believe this is caused byt the bot speed on the pulse and the broken iscasting. Since the bot is casting something that takes time the bots try to ignore and select others on the list, at least is not breaking the casts

So it's not interrupting the casts, but the target selection segment ignores the fact that it's casting? Does that screw up the heal target? Or does the heal still go to the right target?
 
Cass did you set a tank when you did that flashpoint? If not was it cycling on you and then the other chars? Like you/guy needs heal cast/you/guyneedsheal/you ?
 
I had the hard cycling stop for me when I cleared the whole tank selection routine but lost tank buffing etc. I think it comes down to the code is designed to Null out the Tank with every cycle and require. I'm thinking I may have to not null it out but somehow I still need it to execute every pass so it does update the Tanks stats. What I think is happening and why it has happened once I fixed tank selection is this.

Tank gets set, bot does whatever bot does. Tank gets nulled (while tank gets nulled bot goes oh no tank let me target the next priority) Tank gets reset again and bot then goes back to the tank for a default target. So on and so forth. I could make f12 clear the tank to re-enable new detection and just update the field otherwise and not Null the tank. I'm going to have to think about this as it's not going to be super simple to implement.
 
Ok give this build a try It should be less spammy at least. Once tank is set it will not unset unless you hit f12. F12 on same f12 tank clears tank, or have enemy, or no target and hit f12 and it will clear. Set tank WILL refresh it's info every pulse.

Was less spammy in the outside world it will go fast to cast heals etc but only when it was casting did I see fast target swap. Outside world it's now fighting if you have a enemy targeted and healing your "tank". Select humans and it will cycle through humans only healing and will be less spammy, fight gets close click on the boss and you will DPS AND Heal. This means you can use a healer for open world too. Give this edit a whirl and let me know what you guys think.
 
I made a additional change. If you have a healer class and you set the bot to a grind profile you will go and pull and kill mobs. This will be useful for anyone who wants to do open world grinding as a healer. You will heal your Pet and DPS, as well as actually pull the mobs to initiate combat for whatever your pullrange setting Is set to.

I did not set tank and it cycled between me and other toons as well, the heals were done to the right toons.
 
Pretty sure the crazy cycling when a tank is selected is done now. Had a few bonuses to it in the end once I was done.
 
id you guys had to time to tray it on a FP or a group yet ? i am willing to do trail if you guys need

We had lots of FP and Group testing and it went well. Need to use 898 version for it to work. If a character dies that version of BW shows them still having HP's and was the only time it seemed to bug. All info and link to svn are on the first post.

so 898 version of Bw if i have you correctly ? will the 903 last version still work

903 will not heal correctly at all. If testing dps grind routines then yes 903 would be fine.
 
unfortunately i only have version 891 and 903 so where can i find 898 version is there a repository for it ?
 
Posted all code to GitHub as it's working well. Aevitas will have to work on the maxhealth issue but once it's working then all the healing code works. There's a ton of other changes not just to healing that will benefit the community as a whole.
 
Hey wired does youre svn have updated healing routines? for corruption bodyguard and I think sawbones or the opposite
 
SVN has updated for all 3 good classes, we need someone to mirror them for the evil classes. Everything would be the same but the ability names/debuffs need to be converted. Also note Aevitas fixed healing which broke rest for grinding. He basically reverted the change and the last version rebroke healing. It's highly possible when the patch comes out that healing will not work until he can figure out the maxhealth for everyone.
 
Because the healing routine is able to target a player and execute an action (i.e. healing), wouldn't PvP be possible with a damage dealer?
 
technically yes, PvP has always been possible with the bot. Just isn't supported.

Just time to time use AOE heal and time to time select random target without heling
 
Healing is broke at the bot level. Pretty sure it's noted as well in the first post.
