Customized Trinity for DH M6 and Wizard Wand of Woh. This replaces your whole Trinity folder. Delete any existing Trinity before moving the custom one to ensure that nothing goes wrong. I'd suggest making a clean Demonbuddy installation just for this.

Using Demonbuddy Beta .507, QuestTools 3.1.15

NOTE: These were customized according to my usage. They were only tested with the builds that I use. Also, take note that there is a new tab under Combat called AllClasses. There's really only settings there to be used for Wizard. If you have Wand of Woh and want Trinity to utilize the custom routine, you must have it checked (while this is enabled, kiting will be completely turned off). Teleport: Away Elite Distance is used if you want your bot to teleport away from elites within the distance specified. Teleport: Away Distance will teleport away if you're at low health or if you're standing in AoE that it needs to avoid (I'd suggest leaving the distance on this one default 30). I know the titles given to the settings probably don't make sense, but this was only intended to be used by myself.

NOTE 2: I do not claim that any modification that I've done is in any way optimized to the way the class should be played or whatever. They're simply there to satisfy my needs.

Builds used:
Code:
DH M6: [url=http://d3head.com/calculator/skill#zczlnP8mE1v8mx1E80zHnt8cE1B8zE1g8PDA8KfA8zxbX8KfI]Skill Calculator - D3head[/url]
Wiz Wand of Woh: [url=http://www.d3head.com/calculator/skill#zocRgL8mRgV8zQPO8VLhP8cIRn8zLsY853S852n852e8zvZG]Skill Calculator - D3head[/url]

For DH, I use a Kridershot and that's the only reason I have EA on my bar. If you're not using a Kridershot you can replace this ability with a generator.
As far as Wizard skills go, you can switch out Hydra for Blizzard or Black Hole. If you decide to use Black Hole with Event Horizon, it won't be used if an elite is near because it saves it to get rid of AoE on your character when it starts to avoid.

If you use a build that differs from these and experience problems, there's nothing much I can do. But if you experience problems using these builds then let me know and I'll see if it can fixed.

As a reference, these are the settings I use, you can experiment with them. You can also look to post #5 for additional settings that you can play around with to help avoid deaths due to running into aoe.
DH settings - Potion 35%, Globe 50-65%, Kite Trigger Range 12-15, Kite Always In Combat, Vault delay 1500, Vault In Combat Only, and your usual avoidance settings.
Wiz settings - Potion 35%, Globe 50-65%, and your usual avoidance settings.

Remember, these modifications are there because I wanted to change them. They may not seem optimal or whatever to everyone and if that's the case, you can always use default Trinity. I just released this for the sake of variety, I guess one could say. As such, I do not guarantee anything when you use this version of Trinity.

Edit -- I've merged my edits with Trinity 2.3.3 and everything should be working fine. I haven't actually played D3 or used DB since the patch came out, so hopefully this work out well.

still facetanking mod, do not avoid aoe, performance freezy. rrrix ver. works better with my cs.
All the same thanks for attempt to make DH.cs better
still use 2.1.9 ver. stable

I took a quick video of my DH half way through a rift and this is how it performs for me. So, I'm not sure what we're doing differently, but it certainly works perfectly for myself.

I merged my changes to the new Trinity 2.1.14 and did limited tested and everything seems fine. I've also found a Kridershot and it works fine on 2.1.14 but I haven't used it on 2.1.12.

I've also included a DemonHunterCombat.cs straight from a default Trinity 2.1.14 that should stop running into mobs. You can use this with default Trinity 2.1.13 & 2.1.14 and it should be fine if you'd rather have default Trinity behavior without any of my modifications. As I've said, any modifications I've done aren't in any way optimized, they're just there to fulfill my needs and not for general use.

I'd also recommend to change certain settings and increase your avoidance radius distance. I'd suggest at least increasing your Molten (and maybe Ice Ball) radius by ~5 and play around with the other avoidances. I do this because when Trinity ping pongs between a safepoint and an avoidance, it'll do so at an increased distance from whatever it's avoiding and reduce your chance to be hit by it. By ignoring items and gold near elites and AoE, you'll also reduce the chance that Trinity will walk you into your unfortunate death. These changes aren't necessary, just providing different solutions to help reduce deaths.

In Trinity Settings > Items > Pickup - Check the following: Ignore Gold in AoE, Ignore Non-Legendary in AoE, Ignore Non-Legendary near Elites, Ignore Gold Near Elites

Do you have any kite settings? Sounds to me out of all of your DH post that you don't have any set - And that your avoid aoe check box is unchecked...

2.12 doing good for me thanks a lot!

I just used the cs file with my pre-existing 2.1.14 and seems to be doing a lot better. Thanks for taking the time to share this for us less knowledgeable peeps.

So just using the CS file seemed to be mostly okay but the character was still rolling into mobs every now and then.

I decided to use your custom trinity with it and it's 100x better. In fact maybe too good. My bot is getting rank 38 out of trials and is too squishy for it. LOL.

Glad to know it's working fine for others.

On another note, it seems like the newest Trinity should have fixed DH running into mobs. So, you should be fine just using a default 2.1.18 Trinity without having to modify anything. I'll leave the one I edited up just in case it isn't running as intended.

Also, I merged my changes with Trinity 2.1.18 and I tested it in a few rifts and it seemed to work fine. I'll also leave up the old versions just in case it isn't working.

I was very interested in this, because I was using another persons modified M6 one but it was not updated for the new EA frost arrow stuff. This is great thanks, one question I am wondering though. In your video you see it saying sentry or cluster arrow fired whatever. Is that in some special version, or is debug or a verbose info mode enabled? I wouldn't mind seeing it to get a feel of when and how the combat routine acts better instead of waiting to see sentry on CD. But some of the suggestions you made has my rift bot running way smoother now. Kite trigger range, slightly more delay on vault(im using anytime still for t6 rifts, grifts i might turn it to combat only) and I gave up archery for steady aim which gave me a huge boost.

I look forward to testing this woh build, I do not have a firebird set all ready to go to test right away I have not touched my wizaard since way pre 2.1. He is still in aughild/fire gear with cosmic strand for calamity stun build. So I will have to get some firebird gear out of my wiz mule and see if I can make a 5pc set as I have not tested the new firebird upgrades let alone know how good they are. I stopped playing my wizard about 3 days after I found wand of woh because it was so tiresome, and the bot originally didn't use the build properly for playing so I had to revert back to a crap one.

edit - also nice for the update cause the previous m6 combat routine I had required a old version of trinity that was broken and did not pickup ram's gift so I botted regardless for 200hrs easy missing numerous gifts im sure. I have already since picked up 2 via rifts today. I need to run this on my non season DH, my NS has 0 gifts since i have been botting and playing season entirely.

Since there's at least some interest in the wizard section, I attempted to make it better as I haven't touched it since 2.1 released. I'll attach it to this post because I've only tested it in about 2 rifts and it worked fine. Also, you don't need the Firebirds set, I only used it because they buffed the set and I had pieces that were decently rolled and allowed me to stay above 50% cdr. Honestly though, if you planned to use your wizard for high grifts, it's probably better if you geared for ranged Firebirds instead of Wand of Woh because at some point, you'll probably start getting 1shot while in melee range. It's still great for T6 though for easy farming, if anything.

Oh and if you wanted to see roughly what spells were being used, you can go to the AllClasses tab and check whichever class you wanted it for. Your logging category must be set to Info in Demonbuddy's settings. Since I only use certain builds, I've only incorporated it for those specific spells. If you use a different spell than those listed in the builds, you probably won't see it being logged. If you were using the old 2.1.12 Trinity that I had a while back, I don't think I included this.

Anyways, I recorded a short video showing my Wizard. I also haven't touched it much since 2.1 but it did fine. Probably not the best it could've done but it got the job done. [video=youtube;9Vkprie4pU0]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Vkprie4pU0[/video]

Much improved over standard Trinity for my DH today, thanks for this.

Still seems to have some trouble with the heat-seeking spinning ice ball things (.. i guess Frozen Pulse? not sure. They follow you until you stop then they spin and do AOE). It tends to just stand me on them as if they dont exist. I dont know enough to suggest why it may be doing it!

If I'm not mistaken, the default avoid radius for this is like 5 or something, change it to something like 20 and see if it tries to avoid it.

I realize it has nothing to do with this, but anyone run funky rift bot for tiered rifts? Even though like he told me how to toggle on to display it laying sentry/ca abilities etc. I see it say elemental arrow, but it is using a base auto attack despite having the hatred. I originally thought it was funkybot because on DB startup it gave a

**** Warning ****
No Primary Skill Found and Allow Default Attack Always Is Disabled!
This may cause idles to occur.. Enable AllowDefaultAttackAlways setting found under Combat Tab.
**** Warning ****

but after replacing this updated custom rules into it, the warning no longer appeared. but either I don't see it cast ele arrow or just plain doesn't. either way it doesn't appear to be game breaking as its conserving hatred in some way and using a basic arrow attack still. I watch carefully when ele frost arrow is shot, the DH kind of looks charged up with a frost/ice on her then expels it in the shot. When it says [Trinity] Elemental Arrow - I see a basic arrow flying. Anyway again I know this is not the right thread but no one is responding in any of the other ones. I am just trying to run a tiered rift bot to get some easy gem rank ups but its proving to be extremely difficult(quest tools is going haywire, selecting highest stone when lowest is selected. upgrading the wrong gem multiple times in a row to the point its gone from 60 to 15% chance.)

The logging is done before the actual spell is executed. I also don't log auto attack so you'll never see that being done. I just use it to give me a rough estimate as to whats going on, mainly for vault. But anyways, it's designed to save 70 hatred before casting anything. Currently, Cluster Arrow is the highest priority and once it reaches this 70 hatred threshold, it'll use Cluster Arrow without further modification. So, generally, what you'll see is it cast Sentry and if it has 70 hatred, it'll cast Cluster Arrow and the rest of the time is filled with auto attacks, unless of course you use Kridershot or a generator. As to why it logs other spells, I'm not technical enough in this to know why.

As far as QuestTools and the like, you'll just have to wait for rrrix to fix it.

so at this point what are you using on your DH that works the best, which version of the modified trinity should i DL and do i still need to DL the modded CS and replace the one in the abilities folder

Currently, I'm using my modified 2.1.18 Trinity and it's working fine. If you use my custom Trinity, you do not need to replace any files. Just place it in your plugins folder. So far, it's been left on for 5 hours while I do other things and the only time I'll pause the bot is to spend my blood shards.
