Cimmerian 2.01 by Mord

Jonni you got to think of the priorities he has to take.. A nifty little feature like adding path of frost probably isn't top priority.. i think i might have a modified older cc where i added path of frost with the help from some code someone wrote in a different thread.. Try searching for path of frost.. i believe it was a pirate farming profile :)
 
Be nice to have the option for it fella. Handy for certain farming situations such as the parrot farm in STV :)
 
PoF always up in between fights, =P It's not a hard thing to add so I guess I'll do it myself
 
nice cc, im looking through the files, to see if there is any hidden aoe option, id like to aggro as many valid targets there are in range at one time, "aoe grinding" mobs im grinding get 2 shotted by autoswing, and dont hurt at all. there are loads of em here, killing em one by one doesnt seem efficent. is this possible?. like dnd on one mob, deathgrip another, icy touch till no more mobs are currently in range or something like that. would be awsome cheers.

edit, iv left "ignore adds" off aswell.

Not worth using in PvP unless u might be able to make it use Chains of Ice instead of Icy Touch ;) would be great..

if you read some of my posts you should have seen that Mordd is already working on this for PvP and i am waiting for a release from him with this included. But yes it doesn't perform well against anything that moves in pvp so anything except melee since they just outrun the bot..
 
2.02 is uploaded.

No new features but I rewrote combat and added a few functions to speed things up.

Also fixed the bug where it would stand and auto attack is some situations.
 
Could you add a "changes" to the main topic so people can see changes with newest releases, so we can see if it fixes one of the problems or new features we've been looking for, and thanks for new release will test it when i come home.
 
About every 2-3 kills it'll just auto attack a mob to death. Here's a snipit of the log.

Just wanted to add, seems to me like this bot has no problems looting and moving from mob to mob, but it has a very difficult time not autoattacking mobs to death.

So from my experience here are the DK custom class reviews:
Cimmerian = weak combat even when not bugging out and auto-attacking, great movement from mob to mob
BlackDeath = awesome combat, stops moving from mob to mob consistently

Anyone else have an opinion? They need to like merge somehow :)

He needs the full log.. that snippets doesn't say much and the log file has more information since everything is not displayed in the log window for the user, but instead it is written in the logfile.
 
The auto attack problem was fixed. Make sure you have downloaded and updated all the files. And I can see you did not update because I changed the logging for just that case.

I will try to debug the autoattack issue.

For those of you with the issue, replace your deathknight.cs with this one. Backup your previous one if you want. It is very log intensive. I log each step the CC is doing.

If you see a choke point its pretty obvious as it will keep repeating steps or it will stop all together.

Let this run 30 minutes and post the log.

Hey Moord, I just made my Deathknight yesterday and downloaded the 2.02 version on the front page. So unless you updated it sometime last night then I should've grabbed the latest version. I just downloaded the deathknight.cs you put in your attachment, and I'm going to try it out now. I'll post a log and let you know how it goes.

Alright so I noticed that it will do the auto attack bug on Infernal Warbringers in Hellfire Peninsula every time. It uses Icy Touch, then just auto attacks without every getting to cast Blood Plague. I've seen it happen on other mobs (a buzzard), where it casts Icy Touch and then just auto attacks. Its 100% on the Infernals, but happens rarely on other mobs.

It also seems like if the mob is at a higher point than I am it won't cast spells on it.
 
I see it continuously getting stuck at Step 7 : Blood Move to Melee Check.

I think it has somthing to do with melee range, but ill post a new version logging everything in that function to see whats going on.
