That's actually nice to hear. Having a ton of API calls that sound like they do the same thing was confusing for me. I wasn't sure if there was a difference in how the calls were executed in the background, so I was always afraid my CCs wouldn't be optimized.

Anyway, I'm actually only waiting for CC functionality. I don't normally bot for experience, and farming in SWTOR is a bit of a moot point, IMHO. I would be willing to pay full price for what's currently available so I can start working on my CCs, but I completely understand if this isn't workable. With Skyrim and ME3 coming out this week, I'm sure I'll have plenty on my hands to keep me distracted!

ya I never knew if I was being irresponsible using WoWUnit or WoWPlayer. Im really excited about working on CCs. Got my spring break in a couple weeks, crossing my fingers that i can do it then

okay so it falls around 35-80$usd for a 1-3 session access and have to buy new.. gotcha!

oh question tho what about datacron farming some are really hard to get too ie nar shaddaa in industrial sector on top of a light pole in the middle of the room thinkin of a xzy hack ..its free stat boosts.

Buddy bots have never been about hacks and I'm assuming that this one won't be either.
The fastest and most certain way to get banned is doing stuff that isn't possible according to the game's rules. XYZ hacks are one of those.

I'm quite sure it'll be possible to write profiles for them though.
 
Yeah... Not entirely sure why anyone would want to farm those. They're way too much fun to let a bot do them.

i love your consistent replies to my posts. all you say to my post is umm i dont think thats going to happen.. to everyone i have posted.

when i wasn't implying to make it a xyz hack.i just want it to farm those puzzles for the users using the bot so a 50 isnt jumping up on wires in a 23 area or a 16 area looks kinda strange.. and i was thinking of using a xyz hack for that one i tried 30 times to get.. just cant time the jumps properly..

really need a memory based space bot this auto it crap sucks either it goes out of sync with the mission or is attacking and wasting all missiles..

I understand your frustration. Took me 4 hours to get the Tatooine shard and 'cron just because of the bugged zeppelin. If the bot could do that for me I'd be very, very happy. Some of them will be hell to put into quest profiles as well. But in the end BW won't use any hacks, I'm pretty sure of that.

This I can totally agree with. There are some useful tools out there but all in all they just aren't of the quality the Buddy crew can deliver.
 
A probably silly question, but I am a buddy lifetime member for WoW. but since I no longer play WoW can I trade it for the SWtoR bot?

As the SWTOR product is a completely different product and license, I doubt that'll happen RhysG. That would be comparable to "I no longer use my car, can I do a complete trade over to a new car?" I'm not trolling ya, but that is about the comparison I'd chalk it up to.
 
Doesn't hurt to ask...why you ragging on him for asking?

Maybe Bossland didn't even think about offering a porting license option...

oh thats not silly at all. i recently went to the place where i bought my running shoes and asked to have them replaced by basketball shoes, since im not running anymore. needless to say, they couldnt resist my offer!!
 
... but why would they basically give it away for free? It's a valuable thing. Especially at the beginning, while not many people will be botting.
 
im all for the guys making the money theydeserve but a trade in option is always a viable solution just look at cars i get a new car every three years and dont pay anything extra. you dont give fre but a 25-50% discount is not unheard of but i would have to remove the ability to use wow bot altogether and only grant licence to swtor bot.
 
I wouldnt really call it a viable solution. Its an entirely different product. It makes no sense to allow people free or discounted access to a new product just because you no longer use their old product. Anyone who wants to use the bot will be willing to pay for it, and it'd be silly for a company to not try to make as much profit as they can reasonably make when they release a new product.
 
Come on guys. Look at how ryftomate was. It was a separate bot and cost extra to get it. This will be no different. Now that that's out of the way. Let's hope this bot will be out soon. :D
 
discounts for existing customers is a very successful and valid sales tool. im getting the bot anyway but how much more happy will i be if its less than full retail if i trade in my wow lifetime, lots and hence happy customer before i even see the bot this makes me more forgiving should anything unforseen happen down the road. not that im not understanding i dont complain but you know happy customers and all that.
