This whole court case is a joke. In the absolute worst case scenario Bossland will have to 'geolock' (check if someone has an IP in Germany) and deny all services and sales related to HB ONLY to those people. If anything, this is nothing more than an inconvenience to the Germans since anyone who can use Google can just search how 'bad naughty people' get around IP blocking. Remember German friends, going around IP blocks is bad (because you 'care'), so you should never do it. If you chose to use Google to find one of thousands of pages about how to break the rules of Bossland by going around their court ordered requirement to block your region, you are being naughty (Ok, you can stop laughing now). Note, I am not giving instructions on how to get around the IP block and all such posts will need to be deleted, but no one can stop you from using Google to 'educate' yourself on how these 'evil' people are avoiding the rules!
If you do break the rules and get around the IP block, be sure to post and gloat about how you did it so that Bossland gets forced into deleting your post and banning your HB key (wait... think about what I just wrote there. Read it twice and evaluate your own intelligence before making such a post).
Also, in the worst case scenario would it be illegal for your 'friends' in other countries to 'gift' you a copy of the software?
Hehhehheh, most of your post made me chuckle

As to your last sentence which is quite a serious question. No, it won't be as the wording stands atm. It will only be Illegal for Bossland GMBH to distribute in Germany, not 3rd parties in other countries, which opens a whole different Pandoras box. And something that i am sure, or would hope, Blizzards overly paid lawyers are well aware of. Which makes this case...interesting...in more ways than one.
