Blizzard Has Sued Us

Good thing I bought lifetime a while ago :p

This was inevitable and bossland even said he was prepared for it some time ago so its not all that surprising imo.

OK. couple things here. 1st off. Yeah they may file said injunction. if so. HB will need a new source of revenue. May i recommend that the DEV team adapt the HB and GB to a few other games. would take minor adjustments to adapt to star trek, or rift, or the new star wars game im anxiously waiting for. Then while blizzard is being a company of assholes. HB Team can be making revenue away from blizz. Many of my gold buyers are actively seeking money from these games.

2nd. When i was using a different bot. They used the codes for monthly. Wow been so long i cant even name the company...lol. but thats irrelivent. I am wanting to know if The HB team would be interested in wholesaling the monthly keys? i used to run a website selling for that other bot. granted i only had like 5 clients. but i wasnt the only one reselling the keys. so that was a fast source of income for the bot company. If this interests the HB team. please message me. I would be happy t resell HB and GB. this is a much better bot then what i was selling.

3rd. FUCK BLIZZARD!!! sorry. just wanted to say it.

As im "new" to botting (didn't bot in the glider days) how did that turn out in court for them?
 
well.

afaik they got off the hook for the copyright infringement.

But still they were forbidden to provide the service that disabled/got around warden.

In my eyes the Glider-thingy was prefabricated in regards that they shouldn't be able to start biz. again.

I won't be surprized if they aim at warden this time too.(given HB disables warden)

HB Does NOT disable warden, out methods work around what Warden is programmed to look for.
 
I dont think HB disarms Warden does it? It just searched for the strings that show a Warden check is happening or going to happen and closes down HB. I am probably wrong about that though.

Guess I should have posted this sooner after loading the page. I see CNG already answered this.
 
This smells more of a show of force to show the gamers/shareholders that they are "Doing something" .... they know they cant win.. however they have pretty much unlimited money to drag this throu the court system. (In the hope the buddy team will run out of cash) .. or they just have really bad legal advice..

It also means they dont have any fucking idea how to stop the bot using warden :D

German law will fight this also, I can see the end of us is coming to a end may we shit on blizzard and go down in honor .
 
If GbH wins, well keep HB.. if it loses, another bot will rise up. It has always been like this. (no offense to the coders/owners of GbH).. Ye.. you will be out of a bot for what, a month?

Reselling may expose resellers to liabilities

Its not like a new bot would just pick up were HB left off if this did ever happen.
 
Still.

HB avoids warden and that's probably what they base they case on.

Still guessing here ;)
