I'd rather get a refund for D3 than DemonBuddy, Keep it real guys, hope you rock their shit in court
 
the only reason i play d3 is annual pass. only reason i got annual pass is honorbuddy. MY loyalties lie within the buddy team

pirox did Not go to court and therefore hadnt a lawyer.

he was a pussy and agreed on the setlement.

being a little bitch, but the good side is: more dev power to release dungeonbuddy!! ♥ ;-)

I just bought yesterday, if you end up closing DB, can us really recent purchasers get a refund? I bought 3 lifetime. :/ And only used 1 bot for 2 hours lol
 
I bought a lifetime single session of Demonbuddy a few days ago and haven't had a chance yet to try it out (due to my own personal circumstances), but I knew my money was going towards an excellent development team that has great customer service and a great community. I wish you the best of luck in court and hope to see you back up and running! :D
 
Personnally I won't be botting Diablo, So this doesnt Effect me, But i still Give you all the best of my wishes in your court case
 
I'm gonna basically stop playing this stupid $$$ game if DB gonna be shut down... but I hope it won't happen.

This is a service we pay for. This is not any of Bossland's fault. Blizzard should just accept it. The punishment for botters is already there, we get banned. If we decide to spend our money to play our own way and risk our accoutns that should be enough, this bot should not be getting targeted becasue its our decissions to risk out accounts and play how we wanna play on a game that we payed for

The text means more or less, that we are not allowed to sell or distribute Demonbuddy. A hearing date in the next week or so will be set up and then the judges decide in which favour they will decide.

Next few days will be really important and I hope you stick with the team, as our offer is serious:


"All of you that stick with us over the next few days / week(s), we will be doubling your sessions once this is over."


What does the injunction say?

The defendants are forbidden:

In the Federal Republic of Germany, acting personally or though any foreign company to offer software and / or distribute or support software which allows customers of teh applicant (EA/Blizzard) to automate moves in the game "Diablo III".

The defendants are warned that for each case of infringement of the above order, a fine of up to 250,000 EUR or imprisonment up to six months.
