Hey... dunno if anyone else noticed this... but there was a court injuction attached to patch 1.03.... Now this is really slowing my farming down. I have to baby sit my game like 24/7. Not only attack speed nerfhurt but skargoth practically unfarmable in this new patch condition. Dev's need to do something about this new glitch so I can get back to being lazy. Also I hear there is a world hunger issue I would like you to look into.

Plz patch with stick up blizz's frosty ass.
plzandty.

Lol are u kidding, i think frist the have to check the court before they do anything like updating or something elese...

Best luck Bossland

I'm sticking with you guys, GL to Bossland and the DB team. Give'em hell!

Brace yourselves, double sessions are coming

So im confused, you say one or two days??? If thats the case then thats the fastest court day i have ever seen :)... So Is it a forsure thing that the bot will be back up and running?

SOUNDS LIKE A SICK IDEA
btw... What about give NavServer to public? And all those who already bought can continue botting? =)

expect the worse guys, be positive...
we are also here to support...

Thanks for the hard work, just keep us inform :)

IMO the DB license should be all sales final (no refunds). It's pretty damn nice of the buddy team to offer refunds. Personally, I'm delighted to think that my purchase might have even the slightest possibility to help contribute to the case :-) Best of luck to you guys!

you don't get it do you? if they put the bot back up, and start selling the bot etc they will break there injunction and will need to pay a very high fine.

I Think Boss took the Nav Serversided because of a cr?ck of hb which is (sadly) working well, cr?cked by a known forum, which i not name here.
As soon as they release the Nav system Public Clientsided, the same would happen to DB.

Just my thought.

I will stand by your sides!
I've payed 60? to play the way I want to play, not the way Blizzard want me to !

I don't understand, the wording of the injunction implies that a game company can prevent any automation of software. Ie they could slap the same injunction on the sale of keyboards and mice with hotkey functions (since they can be used to automate functions in the specific game of Diablo), or hotkey software, macro programs, etc.? It's not uniquely specifying DemonBuddy because it "breaks their software code/copyrights" or anything. Just because it allows some automation. Which many things do.

Wouldn't that be like Blizzard slapping an injunction on a chair manufacturer for making chairs so comfy that it allows gamers to farm for items for hours because they are so comfy. Or a USB fridge for allowing gamers to stay at their computer longer as they can get themselves drinks?

Remember what happend to Pirox? All gone, think they had a bad lawyer!

It's funny because I would have gotten a refund from Blizzard by now for their shit excuse of a new "Diablo" had it not been for Demonbuddy, will be sticking strong with you guys.

Better we need to wait and pray for bossland. I really dont want to see buddyteam going down like glider before

Pretty much, but blizzard going after a bot company is a lot easier than going to logitech or Razer and saying you cannot sell your products anymore :). I'm curious about the automation thing because blizzard and other MMO company's have made contracts with razer and logitech to make gaming keyboards/mice for diablo 3 and other products which are specific products that obviously allow a level of automation. A naga can do the same things a G19 can do pretty much.
