[PAID] BGFarmer - An Advanced Battleground Bot Base

Can anyone tell me how disable the auto equip? I cant seem to find an option for it.
 
It won't leave a BG to go to Ashran, and vice versa, won't leave Ashran to join a BG. Once it's in 1 or the other, it'll stay there until it ends.

Any chance to change this logic? Ashran queues are like 3 hours long unless you get it first thing in the morning. It would be great if whatever you had as Battleground #1 in the bot config would trump whatever was in Battleground #2 slot.

That way you could have Ashran in 1 and Random BG in 2. It would queue for both and run BGs for 3 hours until Ashran popped and then take that and stay in until you manually came and got him out.

This would be the bee's knees...IMO. :)
 
Its possible to have a bit less botish behavior? Sometimes is too obvious. Right now at strand of the ancients there are 4 or 5 bots "defending" the gates just in front of them, my bot too. Its so obvious I had to start to play.
 
HEy Millz, mind fixing the jerking in Ashran? Happens after you revive your corpse, it runs into the banners and jerks, dismounts, pauses, walks 2 steps re-mounts and then its off. thx bruh
 
using vitalic for rogues CR, and set to follow another bot. The rogue just sits there as the other bot does everything it should I do the same setup, but usually with a DK instead of a rogue, and it works fine. Any ideas?View attachment 165221

I've got a rough idea, but switching to a different CR should fix it. I'll try and make some changes to work around this.

Is it feasible for someone who doesn't know anything about battlegrounds and has never played them to use BGFarmer?

Big fan of ur BGfarmer alltho still some bugs in it wich you may or may not be aware of :

- Gearbuyer isnt working for me it seems, i put in the gear i wish to buy from the vendor but the bot doesn't buy anything, instead it always runs to AH or even drops in the water :/ ?
- In Isle of Conquest the bot seems to always take a detour towards the boss when the gates are down, like not the shortest way where the glaives are usually put but over the bridge to front gate and then at castle moving to the left side gate. It could also be handy in IoC if the bot didnt hang around docks flag but instead maybe move to where to glaives are to protect em ? (just an idea)
- In Twin Peaks it always seem to be wanting to get the speed buff even if its already taken, seems pretty obvious doing that every time

Gearbuyer -> Need a log file for this.

IoC -> It's just whatever path it generates from where you're standing. It's not a fixed path. I can probably add something in to defend vehicles. Will stick it on my list.

Need log file for TP's buffs too. I pushed a change in the last update which should have resolved this one.

btw, bot is WAAAY too easily kiteable. Not sure what you can do about this? Perhaps have it disengage after a certain period of time? Not sure just making an observation. Just watched a hunter run my melee in circles when he was outgeared and am using what is essentially the pinnacle of pvp routines. (has no movement included so has to be the bot doing it).

not sure a viable solution exists but just in case i figured id mention it. Being strung along looks super bottish as well >.<

It's hard to decide when to stop trying to chase someone as every class has different gap closers etc. The combat routine should be able to close the gap to the target.

Any chance of getting a pause from running away from the flag when guarding and letting us set the scan limit (like only leave flag if 2 others are guarding it)? For instance in Gilneas if my toon is guarding the flag and everyone rezzes then the bot will mount off and run away when they get near the flag, just to come back after everyone has left.

TBH I'm probably going to lay low with bgs now. Everyone is roaring about that video posted earlier (BTW I find it hilarious that he posted that since from what I've read he was banned from wildstar for botting :P ).

That video is all BGBuddy - BGFarmer doesn't do this :)

I'll add a to-do item to choose the number of people guarding a base. For lesser geared toons it's better to stand and guard somewhere.
 
I'm still waiting for the fix so the toon will face the target.. Been a few weeks been using a CR that does it. I have tried a clean install too. Not sure what to do.

Enable facing on 'Movement' tab.

not sure if its yours or the routine (using singular) but it seems that when queueing for bgs from the garrison, once it needs to repair (this has happened EVERY time ive done it for long periods) I come back to find the toon running into the side of the bunker bulding (no doubt trying to repair)

I think you should look at navigation or remove the ability to repair inside the bunker all together and use a different NPC.

I guess i can turn off repairing as a stop-gap for now but meh.

anyone ever had bg farmer take their fps down to... 5?!? lol.

Have never had this happen before. Running 2 at the same time, same pc and its only happening to one >.<

The one its happening to is using singular. Is it safe to assume that "auto" for movement on singular doesnt actually work and is likely trying to compete with bgfarmers movement? Is one superior to the other? Which one should I have on?

I disable movement in Singular (i.e. set to None) when using BGFarmer's. Doesn't matter which you use really, as long as 1 is enabled. It would stutter step if both enabled - wouldn't cause huge FPS loss. Need a log file, but you can try reducing the TPS down to ~10 or something? Does the FPS drop when it's the foreground window or only when it's not the selected window?

I'll add an option to make Ashran priority, and let it leave the BG to join Ashran.

SotA is high on my priority list to improve the logic. Needs a lot of work on the collecting/placing bombs, and defending needs to focus on where the fight is rather than standing near gates. It's something I'm planning on working on soon though.

Super ultra flag that says oh hey look at me botting. Is their a /blacklist target type command?

also as resto druid it seems to not come out of stealth or do anything if the combat routine puts it into stealth. Does that make sense?

ie: the combat routine between healing if no targets exist and no one needs heals it goes into cat and stealths.

Problem is, it wont resume the action. Movement is fully controlled by your botbase so no idea why it just stops moving and starts hanging out. I had assumed HB closed/crashed/hung but when i checked it was AOK. Stopping and restarting HB did nothing to fix it, but manually leaving cat form and POOF all was well.

I've been messing around with settings to try to get it to work better, but it still looks really strange.

I'm using TuanHA's rogue CR with complete AFK enabled. The bot likes to dismount, stealth, mount, stealth, repeatedly. Sometimes it tries to mount after it stealths from vanishing in combat. This log is just an example of it, but I've tried turning on and off multiple settings and changing the range, etc. I don't know if it's the CR or BGFarmer.

I really want to leave this in Ashran to test it out too, but it likes to dismount and chase horde all around. It's not really good when the team is moving on ahead and into the base. Is there any way to detect that everyone else is pushing ahead and just ignore horde on the side roads?

Anyways, the dismounting and stealthing thing is more annoying because it does it everywhere and I don't know what to do.

When I use BGFarmer then switch to another botbase, BGFarmer does not un-register the hotkeys. I still see BGFarmer messages even when using a different botbase.
 
Hey Millz, thank you for the advice about the rogue and mounting, now I have it stealth and run everywhere.

I have a few concerns about Ashran after watching it. Sometimes it runs to side events into a huge group of the enemy, repeatedly. Is there a way to make it not go back if it detected a lot of horde previously?

It also misses the final boss fight because it doesn't run into the base. If it runs off to the side to attack a group of horde alone, it dies and has to run back. It may just never get to the horde base. Is this a fixable issue? My rogue also dies easily because it runs up to a lot or horde and gets killed. Is there a way to have it wait around in stealth until the final boss is engaged or nearly dead, then jump in to get credit? I'm worried that melee classes have a distinct disadvantage because of how easy it is to get pulled into a group or killed by people in the base, and it never tags the boss for credit. I think if this can get resolved, Ashran would be a lot quicker than AFKing BGs for conquest.

Maybe I should let BGfarmer control the movement rather than my CR?

Sorry for the long post, but I'm really interested in making Ashran work.
 
Playing an alliance character and in a round of WSG it was acting as if i was horde? I was targeting them to attack them. I was on my monk using tuanha paid routine. i had bgfarmer controlling the movement not the cr? i tried switching to cr and not bgfarmer and still same issue. It allows seems to be an issue within strand bg? it only attacks if attacked..
 
no clue why this thing is going to stormshield to repair/leaving ashran and not repairing INSIDE ashran but im probably going to end up banned now.

I fell asleep on my couch and woke up about 5 hours after I started the bot inside ashran to the bot outside of ashran and chain attacking the damn dummy. God knows how long it was there straight beating on it but long enough to have received 2 tells. RIGHT where the dozens of people gather to wait for the queue too :(

Why is it leaving to repair?
 
First time Ive watched it, it is horrible in Deepwind, runs into the node/flag, hardly ever goes mid and little support for healing bots, a healer should always go with the crowd but Im always alone or healing one person on a node out of the actual combat...
 
am i looking over the ability to turn off artifact handing in?

You can turn the value of artifacts required up to disable it (BG specific tab), but they give good rep/honor, so worth having it enabled for > 30ish artifacts if you don't want it to go back very often.

Do you have the log file for the earth fury? If it's not attackable it should be blacklisting it.

Have you got the log file for this? It unregisters (or is meant to..) when the bot it stopped.

Blacklisting areas of enemies is something I'm working on currently.

Final boss - Do you have a log file? Need to see if it's detecting the final boss but getting distracted.

Oh no, that's not good - my apologies - I ran Ashran for a few days and never had this issue, but the behaviour can change from character to character due to the non-fixed logic. I'll put in a fix to not allow attacking target dummies, and a fix to try and prevent it going outside of Ashran to vendor.

The flag nodes aren't part of the mesh (as it's a Doodad not terrain), so it can get stuck on them occasionally. I'll see what I can do about that.

As for the logic for which node to move to, you can alter it's behaviour from the BG Specific tab. I started work on adding some behaviour for healers to move to the biggest fight, but it had too many issues for the last release so pulled it out for now.
