Basic accounts up to WoD is only $5 right now. Don't bot an account you're not willing to lose. This is not rocket science. Just a bunch of whiny babys crying about how their easy mode isn't perfect.

did you have honorbuddy files and folders on your PC ? Have you installed Honorbuddy as program on your PC?

I have different PC with WoW which does not have HB anywhere on system and that account survived two last banwaves.

Started fresh, lvl 106 now, just woke up. disabled tripwire and botted for 8hours. Still going, hoping for the best last levels then no more hb ever...

Give it a few hours/days,it will be banned. *not saying it to be a dick,but be prepared for it. JS

On a limb and assumption, (I know about assumptions). Did you perhaps have been logged into your farm (bot) account, log off, close HB, log in to your "main"??

If so I would guess the Injection of HB was still resident in WoW and you got scanned.


as precaution I would always make sure I had a fresh load of WoW started before logging any unbotting account on.

We will be blocking the usage of current Honorbuddy build regardless of your tripwire setting from the portal as we are certain that the accounts you used after the banwaves or will be using are in Blizzard's hands.

What does this mean? HB is still working for me atm with tripwire disabled.
So now you will completely remove the tripwire function and just disable the current build completely?
So even if we want to bot with the detected version, we cant now?

takes a lot of guts to admit you was outplayed , i personally appreciate that.
i also appreciate your dedication to figuring out the best option for the safety of the users and for that you will always have my support.

I suppose, you cannot gets authorized with the current HB version anymore.

All the currently active sessions are already "in Blizzard's hands", so no point to terminate the bot for them, just suicide them while Blizzard tolerate it.

Lets hope, you have an extra week for those accounts, till Blizzard roll another banwave for the flagged ones, unless they meet more harsh ban-flag. For example the one for botting on fresh accounts in the first 72 hours of creation.

From now till the last day you must continue working and monitoring how the hell they found it, and outsmart / prevent them in the future.
