hey, what's the problem? I got four different locations, all of them different internet providers, four different cities, two diffirent countries, and all of them are banned and I can not log in.
Can you do something with that? I suppose there must be some solution...

im not paying 10 dollars to change my ip can we not get them whitelisted...im not going to put up my isp on this forum we need a method of submitting our ip's...

I already know it, don't worry. All of the bans will be removed once the ISP fixes the problem. Its their automated system to stop DDOS's and not something we can alter.

I just bought this lifetime liscesnse for this thing and now your telling me im IP Banned !??! seriously I have a static Ip and I havent abused or done anything wrong with my account on this service we need a way to submit our ips for whitelisting also just a note to the DDos Reference IP Blocks only stop Syn Flood based DDOS not UDP so ip banning ranges of ips only does 1 thing and that's stop them from accessing services on the host NOT STOP DDOS trust me you can research this and its 1000% true.

Its always a syn flood.

Actually I confirmed I logged into my vps and the website Resolved fine I dont think this is fair at all $100 Just down the drain !!!!!!! What do I do if I cant change my IP ????

We've notified the proper people and are just waiting on them to take the required action, there is nothing to do on your part.

As I've posted a dozen times, there is nothing you need to do except wait.

The test account does not hit the auth server, it is built into the client.

there is a very big difference between a static ip and a dynamic the people who are resetting their routers and it magically works is because you have a dynamic ip meaning the lease on your ip that your isp gives out expires or it requests a new one each time you reset your router/lose connection

The people who have a static ip usually have this as a request for example may have a web service running and dont want to change it every day.

Some isp's charge to change the ip as well (inclusive of my isp the pricks...)

as ive stated there must be process set up to white list our ip!

Same here. Reset everything mutiple times. I guess my subnet got banned. Not gonna be able to bot for awhile

turn off your modem or router and turn it on again.
your ip address will changed if you have a dynamic IP.

I feel the same way, with our luck if it gets fixed soon it'll be on Tuesday, with extended maintenance.

Yes, has there been any indication of a ETA? Cause if I get my IP changed and they banned the subnet I'm still screwed.

Got a decent link for that? The one at Cerb3ruz seems to stop downloading at 95%, seems others are getting this too.

Your IP address is blocked or blacked listed, you need to reset your IP or renewing a new ip.
Your should connect after reseting, if still unable to connect, try reseting again, it should work.

Good lad, that fixed it!
